He increased complications instead of resolving them with our Bosch washing machine. He stuck additional bolts on the body of the machine and kept saying this is how it’s done. He is not bothered about the repair work or if the machine works in the end. He will take money but give no guarantee if the machine would work or not. On day one, even after taking 3000 in advance he did not resolve the problem and pocketed 900 rupees without refunding the extra money paid. The matter dragged for over a week. He would say he will finish the work the next day and won’t show up after that. He took a part of our machine and showed after two days asking for more money for the replacement. Extremely lackadaisical attitude towards work. He broke our trust and left the machine in worse condition than when he started the repair work.

Don't use, window ac service cost INR 400, untrained technician, have not done even half of the cleaning, ac moter got choked and start making noise afte 1 day of service. Called technician to figure out the noise issue, as per him there was no noise. Arranged company authrosed technician and fan moter got replaced, which got damaged due to water during service. need service once agin as even a blind can figure out that service is not done. Google review me reply ka option to hai nahi but, agar free me v service karwma hoga to jyada costly ayega. Bolna utna he easy, jitma kaam achhe se ma karna. Aur company wale kitne din me atte hain ye to kabhi company se koi kaam karwaya ho tabhi apko pata hoga.

Please do not use their service , my AC was not working so i called them and their technician said capacitor change krna hoga but after changing the capacitor AC was not working so they said service krna hoga so humne service kra liya and after all that AC was not working so they said ki gas fill krna hoga to gas fill kra liya but still AC is not working and now they are saying ki isme hum kuch nhi kr skte ye to heat ki vjha se nhi chal rha. Worst service they are just here to loot the people.

After talking big, we do this and that, fixing an appointment, nobody showed up. Called multiple times the technician and the owner, nobody took the calls or responded to the messages.
