My AC stopped cooling as it usually does so googled few AC servicing nearby and I found them. I had called some other number before reaching them but that number didn’t respond so I called them and they were very responsive. They came same day and did the servicing which was fast in a place like siliguri. I’m glad I found them. They checked and cleaned the AC and also replaced the gas which was finished.

Recently I had a bitter experience with this service provider "Purna Laxmi refrigeration". I will never recommend this service provider to any one and will request everyone to avoid this service provider. There are many service providers in SIliguri, who, will serve you even better and at a cheaper rate. The details are as follows: on 26th April 2024 they sent a service personnel to install an AC on 3rd floor, which they did successfully but upon repeated request they did not seal the wall hole behind the indoor unit with white cement or any other packing material. Later on, I discovered that, birds are making a nest in that hole and the rubbish coming inside the room through that hole. When today (07/05/2024) I called them to check why a noise is coming from the split unit, they asked me to pay service charge otherwise they will not fix hole from inside and even they reluctant to check why the noise is coming from indoor unit. They keep arguing stating the point that a/c is working fine and they did nothing wrong. They also stated that the hole cannot be fixed from inside the room. However I called another service personnel, who sealed the hole at a very nominal charge. Further to mention that their working style is very primitive type of, when most of the technicians are used to work by hanging on the wall (surely with a lifesaving jacket and with enough safety measure), they find it life threatening. In short: Avoid this service provider.

I had a issues with my geyser, somehow found Purnalaxmi Refrigerator contacted this... service was immediately offered on schedule. Issue was regarding Thermostat which had to be replaced followed by indicating lamps. Also technical suggestions are advised accordingly which will help in future malfunction. 5/5 for their services.????
