One month before my Onida Ac was problem , I asked near by service centre they given me quote huge amount and i asked near by local service centre they're also asked near 9000, then I get srinivasan number but he's too busy i respect this is your season I waited 2 days and his person came and repaired the problem and now it's working very smooth , why I came review they charge me only 4800/-i ma really happy srinivasan, i frankly posted here , don't charge me extra for next time ..keep it up , say thanks your engineer also

No proper response from their side. Booked for service and said that they would come on Sunday by 4 pm but did not even pick up the call. Summer in Vellore is no joke it is extremely hot. They only make false promises. do not opt for their service.
They have repaired 3 Air Conditioner of us which was not working for quite a long time even if repaired some other problem related to it was happening. Now after there service all 3 AC ' s are working good for last one year, thank u seven hills ????

Worst, do not even contact them. told us that they would come to install the AC but it has been 2 days and still making excuses for coming because they keep on reassuring us that they would come to fix it we did not contact anyone either. just the worst. After seeing all the negative reviews by many customers already no step from their end to improve service and if the company claims that I am not in their customer register, too bad cause i have call recordings and unfortunately google does not provide the facility for uploading audio files. And on top of that the service cost is too high as comparative of other service centers
