Don't use, window ac service cost INR 400, untrained technician, have not done even half of the cleaning, ac moter got choked and start making noise afte 1 day of service. Called technician to figure out the noise issue, as per him there was no noise. Arranged company authrosed technician and fan moter got replaced, which got damaged due to water during service. need service once agin as even a blind can figure out that service is not done. Google review me reply ka option to hai nahi but, agar free me v service karwma hoga to jyada costly ayega. Bolna utna he easy, jitma kaam achhe se ma karna. Please do not use their service , my AC was not working so i called them and their technician said capacitor change krna hoga but after changing the capacitor AC was not working so they said service krna hoga so humne service kra liya and after all that AC was not working so they said ki gas fill krna hoga to gas fill kra liya but still AC is not working and now they are saying ki isme hum kuch nhi kr skte ye to heat ki vjha se nhi chal rha. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. Initially they promised three free service along with the first service ,which built my trust. Once they had completed the second service. They stopped responding .
They cheat you and make their income 3x more. They asked me that Cooper wire needs to be changed and they charged 3100 for Cooper wire for 3 meter. I was having no idea of the cost and i was robbed. Not at all recommend. The owner of the shop is so arrogant that he was abusing and didnot return the extra amount they made. They are fraud. They made leakage of gas deliberately during installation of split AC. After that they asked us if we want to refill the gas by paying charges for the gas filling. They told us that there was no gas when they uninstalled ac but our ac was working properly till last night. Technician also asked many times for the gas filling as he knew that we will pay for the extra charges.

Which was much lesser than one urban pro person told. They set right my AC which was spoiled by earlier 2 - 3 mechanics. A C now working fine. Hope it will work.

Worst service ,first they committed to come and then backed off . All of the things which they have mentioned is false and they are again and again calling me to remove the rating and also threatening me . He increased complications instead of resolving them with our Bosch washing machine. He stuck additional bolts on the body of the machine and kept saying this is how it’s done. He is not bothered about the repair work or if the machine works in the end. He will take money but give no guarantee if the machine would work or not. On day one, even after taking 3000 in advance he did not resolve the problem and pocketed 900 rupees without refunding the extra money paid. The matter dragged for over a week. He would say he will finish the work the next day and won’t show up after that. He took a part of our machine and showed after two days asking for more money for the replacement. Extremely lackadaisical attitude towards work. He broke our trust and left the machine in worse condition than when he started the repair work.

Very poor service, I paid 2700 for gas refilling and after 3 days it's stop cooling. I called many times but he didn't respond and if respond then always said I have no time.
