The car I hired was good, I don’t have any complaints regarding car. But it’s been three months I still didn’t get my refund of Rs. 5000 after returning the car in very good condition. Money was supposed to transfer after 45 days but still didn’t get. The staff always make excuses like we’ll do it or we’ve initiated the refund. Moreover, the staff name Amrit behaved rudely saying I’ve told you many times that payment will be transferred in two or three days etc. but it’s been 15 days again but two or three days aren’t coming. Is this how you treat your costumers? I’ve waited three months to get refund. This is totally harassment, I’m regretting I should have hired car from other company. Kindly give responsibility to a kind and responsible person who can handle these issues nicely and in genuine way.

Worst and most unprofessional cab service ever. They gave car whose tyre was burst. Wasted half day of our trip sitting at their office Then have not returned our security deposit for over 2 months now. No body responds. Only responded after writing bad review, that too blackmailed that they will refund only if I deleted bad review, at first I did not, but later threatened to "do what they deem right" then I deleted the review and after that said go and do whatever you want legally or however, we will not return your money Probably this is how they are growing their business by looting their customers. Though I don't know what they will do and to what level they will drop, but writing this review so that other people don't get looted by such fake companies, who get fake good reviews posted and get bad reviews deleted by threatening their actual customers. EDIT: Thanks for atleast publically accepting that you stole my 5000 rs. and will not refund at any cost. Also since you have a policy of refund after 15 days, after checking if any challan is there or not and the fake good reviews mention that you refund immediately. Also you give private cars for hiring, which is illegal and ask customers to say to traffic police to tell that it is your friends car if they stop for any reason, that itself tells how professional of a company you are! Will surely come the legal way.
Not recommended , scam. and they never give refund of deposit. Initially they said they will give refund after 15 days but it's not true even they not answer calls and make lies of damage and denied to refund deposit. We rented a car for 20 days and returned as it was. I ring them so many times every time she said I will get refund by today and after 3 month she make excuse of damage and stop answering calls and text.

I was booked a car ( Maruti Brezza) from Jag Cab for my Bachelor's Trip to Manali and Atal Tunnel. I wnna share my geniune experience and Some important things to you guys. First there are some following Cons and Pros are below above . Pros :- 1. Geniune Rates. 2. Variety of cars. 3. 24/7 hr. Service. 4. Unlimited kms facility available. 5. Property Maintained cars. Cons. 1. Security issues. 2. Not giving the original RC. 3. Cars are not properly cleaned. My overall experience is great with Jag Cab. Staff members are polite and friendly nature. They give you some discounts at the time of booking. Payment method are easy. "Please established one of your branch in Himachal Pradesh" (kangra / Palampur)
I had worst experience with these people. I've booked an EcoSport through RIDEINSTA app. Unfortunately Jag Cab is the vendor of the car. They gave me a car with the clutch problem which I intimated to the driver who dropped the car at the time of pickup of the car further head lights were faulty (only high beam was working) which he knew before delivery and never warned me about it. After three days the clutch plates broke down. Me and my family were stranded on the road. The response and support of the RIDEINSTA and JAG CAB are not ideal. They didn't provide me any alternate vehicle. I lost two days of my tour and all hotel bookings were wasted. Initially they said they'll refund the amount as the damage was not accidental but due to normal wear and tear. But at the time of dropping the vehicle at the airport they made big fuss and accussed me of abusing the car and they never returned the security deposit.. I asked them whether the clutch plates were replaced earlier as the vehicle was already done 65000 kms and show me the bill. They forwarded me the bill of replacement of clutch to another vehicle. These people are absolutely looters. They cheat you. They exploit your situation being in out station with family. And most of the people who gave 5star rating here never gave any other reviews suggesting those are fake reviews.
This company is a scam Both the Girl seating at the office scams people They told us that only other people refund doesn't come because they do some damage to the car But we returned the car in same condition and they even told it will be refunded jn 4 working days today is 15th day They are not responding on call neither on messages If I had option I would have given reviews in negative
I have been renting cars from jag cab since one year and I must tell they have good condition cars in affordable prices, this time I rented a innova Crysta it was is good condition although there were few minor problems but jagraj was really helpful solving them has responded all the time when ever needed. Good going Jag cab hope our relation continues as it is.
I wish I had an option to give 0 rating I booked a car with them 2 months back, they took 6k deposit and have still not given it back. They have stopped picking up calls and reverting to WhatsApp I am going to file a complaint now! Very very bad experience. Do not book cars with them.
