Both cars were really in very good conditions. Owner of travel service was really humble and nice person. Both drivers were also very polite, honest and very flexible and cooperative specially Sunil ji. He is very softspoken and awesome driver. He had lot of patience as we were stuck in traffic for almost 10 to 12 hours but he kept his cool. I would surely recommend. Must use their services. Had a very awesome experience with them, I travelled Rishikesh -> Devprayag -> Tehri -> Rishikesh, they provided us with the right and the cheapest budget for the trip out of all enquiry I made with travel agencies in Rishikesh. Mr Amit, the driver was very friendly and calm person and, on all the pit stops for food and rest he had the best arrangements available for us, he has very good experience of the ghats. Great experience with divine bikes, I often visit rishikesh this time we went for kedarnath dham on bike. The bikes were super awesome, rates were very good according to market and rush. Due to some crowd and traffic issue our selected bikes were not reached at office so we got two Xpulse and those machines were like rocket didn’t even felt like we rode 400km in ghats. Amazing service !! We rented 2 classic 350 bullet for our chopta tungnath trip and both were in excellent condition and even got the original RE helmets with kneepads. Ravi Tiwari is so helpful and humble person. And he will help you out throughout the trip . We needed the bike early morning 6:00 am from bus stand and he made it sure that we will get the bike on time. If you wanna rent bike just go for it without any doubt. One suggestion try to book it in advance.

We hired first ride to the safari early morning, driver was on time and everything went fine. Second time with Mr Ananda 4 days drive, felt like driving with family ???? planning was perfect and also some quick last second changes if we wanted to see something else. We saw pinnawala Sigiriya etc, we would not be able to plan the route on our own this effectively. Also very peaceful drivers, I would go crazy in Sri Lankans conditions. Was late to return the bike by an hour and was charged for the whole day regardless. This is fine because if that is what their policy Is, I’ll pay. But, the guy at the store didn’t shy away from raising his voice at us after which we quietly payed and left but decided not to ever return again.

No matter what time you take the bike in day. Returning time is 9:00 AM sharp. I booked a bike(RE Thunderbird x 350 Red Variant) beforehand by paying ₹1000 in advance for 2 days, but they refused to provide me the model I booked when I reached their office, saying the bike was on a trip and couldn't come back in time due to rain. That was totally disheartening. Still buying what they said, I went on with another bike that was provided (RE Bullet 350 cc, silver variant). The bike worked fine, **helmet provided was not in good condition**., I got an hour and 10 minutes late to reach the loaction to return the bike. They charged me ₹200 extra for that. Overall a bad experience.
Very reliable. We got an RTR from them for 4 days to trek Uttarkashi. He arranged a bike within 30 minutes that too at 7:30 in the morning. The bike was very well maintained and clean. There were no hiccups with our security deposit as well. The selection of bikes can improve other than that a great place to rent bike from.

Big time cheats. First they argued to take me to already agreed places saying that it was not part of package. Later their car was seized by police midway because their taxi had no paperwork. They arranged a smaller car for rest of our trip after many hours. I'll recommend only if you want to spoil your trip.
