I have sent byk to hyd and they took 450/- extra and the lady in the reception is saying it is mandatory. When we shipped byk from hyd to kmm they didn’t charge anything extra without bill. I have asked why we have to give extra money m, they said hamali and other charges and not allowed me to send via phone pay. Insisted for cash and took cash. Is there any way to complain as the extra charges are too high without any bill. I did ship near 3 town police station khammam.
It is good place, It is not located in city if you want to drive to this place you have to a drive to a corner of the city,but it has parking space and easy to drive and 1 thing that all other major transport office's are located here like (Kranthi,SLRT, VASANTHA, ORANGE)and some other (There are total 2 Navata branches in Khammam one is near 3 town police station and another one is near old busstand under bridge)
Navata road transport is delivery and booking system avialble .

Area Is Looking Good But Full Dust Elergy
Please be aware of unnecessary charges like unloading. I have experienced it these people unnecessarily charging 250 (approximately) for uploading the truck at their hub location which should be take care by navata transport it self so please ask about these unloading charges near the navata hub. Note: These are not the charges I have paid for loading my vehicle, it for unloading their truck in their hub location.
Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Taking extra 1000 for loading the lauggage which should included in transport bill itself. Even though they are charging huge amount, they told they are not responsible for any damage will happen during tranport. Not recommended at all.
Wen i went to transport my fridge they said they don't have phnpay or any online payment mode.. and took money by cash and gave TO PAY receipt.....which looks like the payment receipt for a new person......after delivery I came to know that TO Pay receipt has to be paid at receivers end....and wen contacted they are saying we didn't pay the cash. NOTE: Wen I was waiting for payment only they wer three complaints gng on in there...in such short time.....the person is soo notorious and his activities.... Take care ....and go for alternate transport in khammam. The person giving bad experience to the customers in khammam tarnishing the Navatha.
