Horrible service. They won't even deliver if the location in within 1km of their office. Customer service doesn't even deserve a single star. The lady at the reception hung up on me and spoke rudely when I called back.
The service was safe and sound but there was no parking space for 4 wheeler. Two wheeler vehicles can be accommodated in road side But for cars it's very difficult to park in side of one way road

Got a good condition Dio Vehicle. It gave a good mileage. Couldn't meet the Owner but he seems to be very good person. No hassle in taking Vehicle or while giving back. The only problem I faced was stinky helmets after using them it leaves back that smell on us. Its bcoz of humidity but please make sure to clean it quite often.

We had booked the scooter for two days. But after using it for 1 day we had to return the scooter for the following reason:- Definitely don't take any vehicle from him. The petrol indication itself is not working properly on the vehicle because of which we had to drag the scooter till petrol pump despite having ACL tear. So due to the fault in his scooter we wanted to return the scooter instead of being in pain all night again. But instead of refunding the whole amount for the second day which is 500 Rs he just gave 300 rs back. If someone wants to hire a any vehicle please don't hire from them. Hire from a better place with better vehicles and service.
Completely untrustworthy and unfriendly business people. Took 2 days rental money fully in advance and provided bad condition vehicle. When asked for specific vehicle out of 4 they had, was informed only one is in working condition and insisted to take only that. Also informed that their business is not legal and so asked to inform police that it's a friend's vehicle if questioned. The owner wasn't there during the process. Only his daughter was there. No support was provided when I faced issue with his vehicle. Petrol indicator wasn't working and had to push the two wheeler for about a kilometre to fill in petrol. After this horrific incident got a very bad cramp on my ACL torn leg and when tried to return the scooter one day earlier due to the medical condition since I was advised by doctor not to put pressure anymore, he refused to return the advance money. He is the reason behind my pain and yet denied to return the advance I paid. Heartless, unethical, unprofessional person. I highly recommend to try some other proper rentals like EVMwheels.
We rented a houseboat through them. The owner was very humble and soft-spoken. The house boat was maintained very well and the in-house chefs were masterchefs or something as the food provided by them was so good. We were given lunch, evening snacks, dinner and breakfast along with morning tea and welcome drinks. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Would surely love to give it a shot again sometime.
Hired a good, newish scooter for 800 rupees. Service was good, easy going and open on time at 10am. Not convinced I paid the going rate, but it was close and convenient to my hotel anyway.

Rented activa 5g for 4days. charge 700/- (max 90km) per day + tax. Charge for extra 1km=7/-(no excuse) Deposit 1000/- Required Aadhar/DL Seems they are well trained. They are very nice & caring till you handover the vehicle, and nicely corner you at the end and make you helpless. Pros: Vehicle in a good working condition. Near by Alleppey railway station(2.5km). They give 2 helmets with out any charges. They can open even by 7:30 am if you call prior. Cons: No excuse for extra km. 7/- for 1km, if you cross 90km. No matter how many days you rent. They don't give low price scooty for long rides like Thekkady/Wagamon. All most no scooty have the guards(metal rods for scrach protection) They collect 100% of the spare part cost if you make a single scratch. No excuse. Seems they expect you to make scratches so that they can grab more from you. Heads-up: Take a video every inch of the vehicle, else you will regret. I made a scrach on the other side(left) of the marked side(right) of the pic, which already have scraches. They demand me to replace with new which costs 1800/- They said, i made a small bend at the bottom. I tried to explain that I didn't bend. Honestly, I went close to a stone pole & got a scrach but I don't hit. No chances to bend. They simply said, *do you have any problem with your eyes & don't argue* I had to pay 1800/-. My bad, I didn't cover the video at the bottom. I was in bit hurry else I would make scraches to the whole part and handover as i paid to replace it. Seems most of the reviews are fake. Understand their mindset & proceed. Their words are Honey knifes. Beware. Reviews doesn't matter.
They provide a fine service... Have decent condition scooters.. They provide electric too I think. I saw a few parked, opinion on that condition.. They charge 500 bucks per day.. I think post noon a new day is considered a new day.. They keep Rs. 1000 as a deposit which will get refunded once you drop the keys.. Take images of the scooter before you get the keys for a reference..

Rented an Activa 5G for three days. The process was smooth. Bike related documents can be collected via WhatsApp through shop owner. It's strictly a 24 hour basis. So even if you take it for half a day, you need to pay the full day rent. The return process was smooth too without any issue. I totally recommend this Bike rental shop in Alleppey. It was hardly 5mins from Alleppey railway station and the auto ride from the station was around 60 bucks. The shop opens at 7:30 AM. I called the owner early to pick up a bike early, so he opened the shop by 7 AM.
Be careful with these guys. They talk very nice so that the customers can take advantage. Max limit is 90km a day, ₹7 for 1 km after. No discount, no matter how many days you took a rental bike.
