Never again booking through them. WORST SERVICE and ZERO cooperation with arrogant attitude. Bus from Udaipur-Ahmadabad failed in halfway. We were asked to get down or wait for 2-3 hours with no proper solution. Very arrogantly said, refund mil jayega.. but till date no refund. I have been asked to follow up with 10 different people on several numbers. If you want to save your money & time, Do Not book any services with them.
Agreed on an exchange rate clearly communicated and typed on the calculator by him, all notes are counted and transaction is completed and I'm about to leave the store he says he has given me the wrong rate and demands the difference back. Because I invested time counting the notes and time spent in his shop and my original currency notes were already in his drawer out of my hand and sight, I relented and let it go. His made a mistake and blamed it on miscommunication or he was being shady, it was hard to tell.
I love there service there are so good in behaviour. Best bike rental in Udaipur, prices are so cheap . There office is near by gangaur ghat.????
Worst and unprofessional service provider for number of reasons. 1. Booked Activa 6G 3 days in advance with 500 INR token but when we reached there, he was like, "Oh I forgot, I gave it to someone else and bla bla bla". 2. He then arranged from 3rd party and asked us to get it changed on same day at 9:00 PM, we obliged. The different Activa 6G which he gave lasted only for 4 hrs. Neither self ignition nor kick start were working, we reached his shop by pushing the vehicle. Still no sorry or no empathy and gave Activa 5G in exchange. We accepted as we needed vehicle to commute so didn't bother. 3. Now this Activa 5G was so so khatara gadi that the brakes were loose, steering was disproportionate and wasn't racing enough, we suffered whole day badly. 4. When we went to return the vehicle, instead of complaining, we were waiting for security deposit as we were running late to catch our bus. Now he started drama that there's no petrol left so I need to deduct 50 Rs. When denied, he started abusing me and my wife, showing unnecessary proud that you are standing in Mewar and threatened us. I have never ever seen such a unprofessional, rude, fraud and cheap rental person like him. AVOID this shop at any cost, no basic manners and no business ethics at all.
They just have one scooter that is in a bad condition. Rude behaviour
Its really a great transportation provided by Bhaticity cabs , we have been in udaipur City for 03 days and booked through cab on it , we have been Mount Abu , Ranakpur Jain temple , Khumbalgarh and last day Nathdwara via haldighati ,Ekling temple and nagda all these days we had super service by Bhaticity cabs the driver is very well experienced and explained all small details to us and he is very polite ,the best things is he took all over palace and stoped hygiene restaurant. We all are very glad to have him and his services , thanks a lot to Bhaticity cabs.
Had an amazing experience with them. They got the Scooty at the hotel itself and gave the best services and was with the good rates as well. One of the days of my vacation, my Scooty got punched so without even letting me know, they got it fixed and returned it back to the hotel so that I can enjoy my trip and without any chaos and without any extra charges. Amazing service
Really Good Experience starting from pick up till drop. Driver was very polite. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
I visited Udaipur and was assisted in my travel plan by Shailnder (Bhati Cabs). I had a wonderful experience. Shailender is a wonderful person who puts customer experience on top. He is not only organising cabs but with his knowledge about the city helps and guides in planning out the itinerary. All cabs are very good and the drivers are highly reliable. By the end of the trip, they actually become a part of the family. Great service. Keep this going.
Visited udaipur twice and both times rented out from them. The services are very budget friendly and prices are transparent.
Very good service sir we did enjoy it throughout our tour,it is very big and necessary part of the journey Once again thank you so much sir for your service
It was great trip, without any problem. We enjoyed a lot and have great family fun. Our driver Asif ji is very helpful and guide us very well also car was good n clean.
We had booked toyota innova from Natraj travels (7th apr. To 17th apr 2023). Car was awesome and clean. Manish ji from Natraj is amazing. Ajay ji who was our driver was very friendly helpful and his driving is really awesome.
Shakeel who drove us around Udaipur was a gentleman with a smile 24*7. He also gave us tips on local food and places to shop. Due to his guidance we could complete our trip in a cost effective way
Good taxi and travel service at Udaipur. Mr Shakeel was with us on all 4 days. Extremely helpful and Excellent service. Will recommend them to anyone visiting Udaipur
⚠️Scam⚠️ Do not get the vehicles from this shop. They charge 300 rs for scooter which is high in udaipur, tou can get for 200rs. Also i got car from them their employee told 2000 rs and after all the transaction when i took scooter and went to return they told the deposit will not be given as the charge for car whose transaction was already done was cost for 2400. Very pathetic and rude person to deal with. Never go here they are scam and overproced.
SCAM ⚠️ Do not get the vehicles from this shop , THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA IF YOU GO OUTSIDE CITY , WE HAVE TAKEN THE PERMISSION FROM THERE STAFF MEMBERS ( OWNER WAS NOT PRESENT AT THAT TIME ) STILL THE OWNER AND ONE MAN OVER THERE THEY DINED US FOR YOU HAVEN'T TAKE ANY PERMISSION AND THE PERMISSION WAS VERBALLY NOT IN WRITTEN SO THEY WILL CHARGED US EXTRA FOR THIS ALSO THEY ARE DRUNKED AND THEY BOTH RUDE WE HAD REAALY VERRY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS SHOP REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DON'T GO THIS PLACE FOR RENTAL VEHICLE #SCAM
Worst services ever in bike rental. First they deposit 1000Rs as refundable and when u go for return then they charged extra Rs 500 on account of exceed limit. Condition of scooty was also not good and brakes were also not working properly. Don't go for positive reviews given. May be they were good before, but now they just loot the money from customer. They charged extra Rs 500 from customer, and start yelling and shouting when opposed. Avoid this bike rentals. There are many others rental services in Udaipur.
Amazing smooth service by Hemant bhai & team. I rented activa for 2 days and was very satisfied with the vehicle quality as well as service. I requested them to provide me Activa at railway station and they made it available at the station itself. Very reasonable and affordable. Staff is good too and is always eager to help you incase of any issues. Their office is very near to railway station and bus depot. Will surely use their service again for sure.
Bikes and scooter are not in good condition. Bikes have to be returned by 9 PM which is too early. Owner is not really helpful in case you request something and is very rude. If you take scooter and bike on outskirts owner freaks out and behaves rudely. Better take bikes from shop outside the main road in Udaipole. They'll provide newer scooty and you can return them later at 10 PM or 11 PM...which is more appropriate as Udaipur closes at around 11 PM.
PLEASE READ THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PVT. COMPANY .....I also joined the company for 2 months and said this in my bike rapido. If you apply, you will get extra money and you will reduce the miles as per your time. But you have started reducing your jobs. It's not long before the office of your local area suspends your bike and that too for 2 years. And you are worried about the office too. Neither can you do anything on the bike nor on the platform. You will also work less than 12 hours in this company. You cannot earn more than Rs 400 to 500. And the condition of your body is bad. and in commission. 20% +18 ℅ gst+platform charges. to ap hi bataye. Whose bike is it, what will we get? bike service+bike parts+12hours duty. and cancel the ride and suspend it. And there are many other issues.aur bike rider ko ride bhi door ki milti hai vahe se kai bar khali ana padta hai. Isliye. Rider bhi kya kare...... Petrol se chalti hai bike....AUR KOI EMPLOYMENT NAHI KAM KOI AUR KARE APNE RISK PE INCOME JYADA PVT COMPANY KI INCOME.......
No responding hardworking worker I am rider but not supporting staff and no hearing my problem unnecessary my id close two time it's system and backup tem deffulter some rider are no work honestly but I work hard and each order complete but no support me so I think early change my field
All is good but sometimes the drivers claims extra charger as mentioned in the images i was getting late to my work i choose rapido auto for drive, as it was showing 74 rupees. But driver asked me to pay 200 rupees. Nothing wrong this the bike drive but other services are extra chargeable. Please take initiative actions. Thank you.
