I rented Toyota Innova from them for 4 days for my trip from Ahmedabad to Vadodara and back. Experience with the driver was fine until the time came for the payment. They demanded only the cash payment and no check or credit card. I was forced to go to the ATM and withdraw the cash. Otherwise they asked me for additional tax of 12% second time which was already included in the price. By the way, I rented the same type of car just a week ago from another company and it was two rupees cheaper per kilometer. And they accepted the check and there was no additional tax as it was already inclusive. The integrity of this company is very doubtful. And I would not recommend anyone to rent car from this company.

My experience with the services has been amazing. I was travelling with my pets and the drive to my surprise was very smooth keeping in mind that my pets should not feel scared. Very professional and punctual service. Highly impressed by the way things were handled right from the time I contacted Pulpit through Whatsapp by looking up his number online, having no prior reference or contact with them, until the very end of our 3 day trip of Kerala which was new place for us to explore. The pricing was quite reasonable and the vehicle condition was very good, along with courteous and well mannered drivers who could speak in Hindi as well as English fluently. The service was very professional and Pulpit was also staying in touch with me regularly during the trip to seek regular feedback on the trip and our satisfaction. I am always able to get a ride quickly, which means a lot when I am going to or from work. The majority of the drivers keep clean, fresh smelling vehicles. Some even play soothing music which is nice after a long day caring for patients. Some drivers talk about their experiences and families while others sense when I just need to close my eyes and enjoy the quiet. I love using Pulpit on a daily basis.

The overall service was Okey. They charge for minimum 300 km , my drive wa less than 300 km and event hough I requested to visit a place on the way he denied it stating you have to book separate cab for that which was highly unprofessional . He want to end the trip and go home that might be the reason for it .
They are polite. But only have 5 seater cars. I asked for a 7 seater but they do not have big cars

Good experience. I'm using this from last 4-5 days. It's a good idea to promote EV for nature also and cheaper than other rides. One suggestion is that you should do marketing for this like hoarding, leafleting etc so people can aware about Capital EV Thanks Great initiative
The prices quoted over the phone are way exorbitant. Gandhinagar to Kalupur was quoted INR 1200 per way. Inspite of being EV the cost of transportation isbway higher than what it shld be. An Ola /Uber with cng/ petrol was costing 457 only for the same trip same time. Time to get your EV offline charges in order for more traction

A 24x7 mecca for EV. They allow outsiders to use their infra for charging and have Nexon, tigor, mg, byd , autorickshaw etc . So they have insights and whole team is very helpful and knowledgeable. A big influencer for EV adoption in that area
