Worst experience with this courier service . They insist repeatedly to collect courier from their office. They just give a short miss calI and expect from customers to receive it at a time and argue that it was regarding delivery and now customer needs to collect it from office. I am a doctor by profession and couldn't receive their short miss call at a time. When I called back within 10 -15 mins, they argued that they can't deliver it as I didn't pick up the call. I don't understand why picking up call is a point here when my very detailed delivery adress as well as Google map location was already sent to them. I received courier after lots of arguements and i will not hesitate to share call recordings to make people aware about how they function ! Their illogical excuses and baseless arguements are amusing ! ????

I had courier our product to client on 23-09-2023, despite of that till date i.e. 28-09-2023 the receipent had not received the parcel and our site work is hampered because of that. on the other hand on having word with customer excutive she didnt resolved the issue she added some other person on con call and expected me to understand their native language and used absive language to convey me the other persons number so i had to call the otther person for delivery status, in the end as i told her i was not able to understand the language she kept telling me vo bol rahi hai likho aap , and she disconnected the call in between . Very unprofessional behavior of executive and not resolving issue attitude lead me to not use maruti courier again for any important service of shipment. if i could go for negative review i would have done that

I was being forced to complete the process as he said something about the site being open only for a 10 minute window period. Finally left the place without getting my courier through. Found one DHL/ Bluedart in Fatehganj where I found a very supportive staff and got my work done.

You need to call them and arrange for pickup (wherein they’ll inform you of the rates of delivery, depending on the season/country) They’ll come to your home with - weighing scale and initial packaging material and then follow it up with additional layer of packing. You get provided with accurate tracking info, and these folks are very on point when comes to knowing about stuff which can be couriered and which can’t. All in all, I would highly recommend their professional service.

Proved them wrong with help of their own screenshots of tracking afterwards – Parcel never reached Canada before 1st week of March and I was told that it is in custom since 18 Feb. “You should be thankful that you are getting your parcel” – that is what Chintan from Vadodara office told me when he was proven to be a big fat liar. They will give false reasons of delayed flights and delay in custom which is not right at all. There was no delay in flights but they are bunch of liars. Very big Disappointment. We had terrible experience with chips international courier service, we couriered parcel to USA through chips which was containing only food materials. They told us that it will reach there in 6 to 7 days and took all the charges and taxes. Despite our complete payment and warning that parcel contains food materials so make sure it reaches on time, they delivered the parcel to respective receivers on 15th day. By then all the food items were spoiled which means all the our money, time and food products got wasted. When contacted frequently, the owner was behaved very rude and made excuses. Didn't expected this from chips, very disappointing.

They recommended a fast and economical option for international courier where there was another expensive option available. Nonetheless, both were fast and reputed international courier carriers, but they recommended the lesser expensive option which is good for customer without compromising the quality. My package was shipped during peak holiday season, but the owner of the center ensured it is getting delivered as fast as possible. Very nice service.

Very bad service at ahmedabad shalimar complex mahalakshmi cross road branch, by Mr Kaushik, they are declining to deliver since last 3 days when the material is at their office and asking to collect from office, not happy with the courier service
When you track the your courier it will show delivered which will never get deliver. Worst courier company specifically for ahmedabad region.

Seeking information about a pickup should not result in such a negative encounter, and the disrespectful attitude of the staff raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to providing quality service. This unfortunate experience has significantly diminished my confidence in recommending this branch to others.
I used their service, charged me more money by charging Double the amount stating it's chargeable under volumetric wise instead of Weight wise even though my parcel is very small packet. Thinking of escalating to DTDC head office care. shipping also very delayed. Beware and better prefer another DTDC branch

Never recommended. This company should be banned from the Ahmedabad to do business. Such unresponsive, so much delayed delivery services , No response to the inquiry. They can't do tracking of the parcels properly. Very bad experience and please never Book any shipment from here .
