Really very bad service, there was one parcel. Which was delivered to Ankleshwar instead of bharuh with out calling me. I followed up for 2 weeks and getting only one answer we will check and get back to you. For 2 weeks they said same thing only. I called Ankleshwar dtdc. No body picked up the call. Finally I posted my concerns in facebook. After that some 2 days i got my parcel. It was really a bad experience with this dtdc fellows.
I have sent 12kg of stuff from here to the United Kingdom and the delivery was so fast and good so I highly recommend if anyone wants to send the parcel overseas .

Be careful when send with Perfect International parcels. They don't answer the calls. They misplace your goods. On the invoice the put 5 dress and when received it was only 4. And then they say it was given short by us. So how is it possible they invoice 5. And they overcharged also my goods was 7kg and their scale was 9 kg. Also when the dress went missing The owner Claims that we tell people don't send these type of dresses only after it went missing. He was supposed to inform before we could send it. And we also received the scarf which doesn't even belong to us. So they even mix the goods. So if you plan to send with them make sure they pack in front of you. And also record while they pack as a proof. So they can be hold accountable for the missing goods. Not honest service and customer satisfaction.

You need to call them and arrange for pickup (wherein they’ll inform you of the rates of delivery, depending on the season/country) They’ll come to your home with - weighing scale and initial packaging material and then follow it up with additional layer of packing. You get provided with accurate tracking info, and these folks are very on point when comes to knowing about stuff which can be couriered and which can’t. They will give false reasons of delayed flights and delay in custom which is not right at all. There was no delay in flights but they are bunch of liars. Very big Disappointment. We had terrible experience with chips international courier service, we couriered parcel to USA through chips which was containing only food materials. They told us that it will reach there in 6 to 7 days and took all the charges and taxes. Despite our complete payment and warning that parcel contains food materials so make sure it reaches on time, they delivered the parcel to respective receivers on 15th day. By then all the food items were spoiled which means all the our money, time and food products got wasted. When contacted frequently, the owner was behaved very rude and made excuses. Staff is very rude, not giving proper answers to questions and yell on customers. No fix charges, they charged randomly to customers and sometimes charge too much to customers.
I had courier our product to client on 23-09-2023, despite of that till date i.e. 28-09-2023 the receipent had not received the parcel and our site work is hampered because of that. on the other hand on having word with customer excutive she didnt resolved the issue she added some other person on con call and expected me to understand their native language and used absive language to convey me the other persons number so i had to call the otther person for delivery status, in the end as i told her i was not able to understand the language she kept telling me vo bol rahi hai likho aap , and she disconnected the call in between . Very unprofessional behavior of executive and not resolving issue attitude lead me to not use maruti courier again for any important service of shipment. if i could go for negative review i would have done that
Pathetic service and very rude behaviour by the counter person.
My live plants courier booked by air arrived yesterday morning. They haven't delivered it as yet after 28 hours of receipt by them. Phone numbers given are either wrong or not answered.
