It’s all a rosy story until the package goes to port of entry and then these guys go missing. We’re on our own by dealing with DHL.Owner is too arrogant and honestly unsure why does he even have such an attitude whereas the lady has been extremely good. Would rate 5 for the lady and -10 for the owner.
They cheat and overcharge. They charged 2.5 times more for shipment to US from Mangalore compared to Bangalore.
I took their service last year and it was good, a little higher on the price scale but they deliver the items pretty fast and in good condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have sent a courier from Kerala to mangalore. But they neither called me back nor called the receiver. Even they didn't respond to my call or mail yet. After one month the courier returns back. It were my books that had to collect by my friend to bring it to qatar. I had used the same courier in kerala. My experience was good. That's why I choose the same. The team members Suhail, Nitish, and Shynu were fantastic - they were thorough and helped us with all the processes - paperwork, packing, and transport. We received our shipment intact in the quickest possible time. Thanks DHL for the wonderful service and having a good team.

When the parcel reached me, the guys came up to me and told me sir can you give me tips. I felt like they are being underpaid. Maybe include their tips in the charges to the client.

The professional couriers are one of the top in town in terms of volumes and pick up and delivery centers. Usually mixed services as some delivery and provide good service and some are moody and uninterested to talk or attend. This could have been the next big thing but sadly due to some staff it has some bad coordination

Here's why: Unauthorised Handover to FedEx: Imagine my shock when I discovered that Aramex, without any prior consent, handed over my consignment to FedEx. This resulted in a delay of three agonising days before the consignment was even transferred to FedEx. Incompetence with Customs Procedures: Upon arrival in the United Kingdom, my shipment was promptly halted by UK customs citing 'insufficient information'. Despite the contents being completely legal. Aramex's incompetence in providing adequate documentation led to unnecessary delays and frustrations. Poor Communication and Accountability: Aramex failed to provide my email ID to FedEx, instead opting for their own contact information. Consequently, vital correspondence from FedEx regarding customs issues went unanswered, extending the delays. Aramex's lack of responsiveness and accountability in addressing these issues is deeply disappointing. Blame Shifting and Negligence: Visiting Aramex's office in hopes of resolving the debacle only served to highlight their apathetic attitude. Both Aramex and FedEx engaged in a futile blame game, shirking responsibility while I, the customer, bore the brunt of the consequences. Unjustified Additional Charges: Despite my consignment's value, ie. 15 Pounds being well below the non-taxable threshold in the UK ie. 135 Pounds, FedEx claimed to have paid customs duty amounting to more than the declared value. Aramex, after pocketing a substantial fee, washed their hands of any responsibility, leaving me to grapple with unjustified charges. Uncertain Delivery and Unwarranted Financial Burden: As my consignment languishes in limbo, I'm left wondering if it will ever reach its destination. Worse still, I'm being held liable for customs duties without any valid reason or explanation, adding insult to injury. In conclusion, my experience with Aramex has been a harrowing ordeal characterised by incompetence, negligence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I implore anyone considering their services to look elsewhere, lest they fall victim to similar tribulations. Aramex's track record speaks for itself: avoid at all costs.

I had sent a package from Mangalore to Australia, they gave a commitment that the package will reach within a week but it took almost 18days and after several calls and follow ups they delivered it and without any intimation they dropped the package at the door step.
