Not happy with the packaging, the box was open. Someone tried to open the box and the plastic bag was torn, pickle licked everywhere in the box, my cousins trousers was in, it got pickle stain, it got spoilt. Trouser was packed in a cloth bag. Festache chone packet was torn and it was everywhere in the box, Salt packets just packed in the blue plastic bag and it was dumped in the packaging. It seems like everything was dumped in the box not at all packed. Only sausages and pickles were packed in the foil bags. On top of that the packing box was already cut from inside. This is not the way it should be. I chose them as my courier service because they delivered my medicines on priority and in excellent good condition. However I am sorry to say my food delivery packaging was poor and also the pricing is too high.

I had been to this place to send a laptop and other accessories to Bangalore. The owner was very helpful and got all my items packed properly with multiple wraps and the delivery also happened without any issues. I was first unsure about this place looking at the reviews but after speaking to the owner, I got to know that, this place only sends parcel to other places. Any parcel that is received is not managed here. Received parcels should be collected from DTDC office behind MAX showroom. Overall it was good experience and my parcel was delivered safely.

Horrible service by this Margao franchisee and a bane on their name! Nothing but unprofessional. Why they even appoint such franchisees I wonder? Today the girl in their office texts me to come and collect the parcel! Why would anyone use a courier if one has to reach their office to collect ? First she said there’s no address !! On conveying the address pat came the reply, “no service to that area”! On asking for snapshot of the parcel, response is she has an old handset with no WhatsApp! Readily gave the owners number Mr Sunil and his phone is switched off. India Post is any day better.

One should avoid this if you want your things not broken or missing. They didn’t give any kind of service after breaking my most things. Broke my electric items and other items that are very expensive. Broke my 24000 sound system. And moreover to reduce their cost they unpacked my whole packing and put things randomly likefood items with bathroom soap and shampoos etc. do not opt for their service. Terrible service and customer support. I was getting a courier from Delhi to Colvale and although the tracking showed that it reached Mapusa a day back, there was no update. I waited and called them today and they told me they'll call in a while. I called 4-5 times after which they picked the call and said that they have no service to Colvale, won't deliver to Colvale. When sending from Delhi, we were not told about this. If they had even a tad bit of professionalism, they should have not accepted the parcel in the booking office itself. To add to all the nonsense, when you reach Mapusa to pick the parcel, they won't even give it to you. They ask you to climb to the upper floor and ask you to search and pick your parcel yourself. Less labour and worst service ever. I spoke to my relatives and even though they have service in Mapusa, it seems they make you pick from there too. I don't usually give bad reviews for anyone with bad sevice, but I am mentioning this because I don't want others to suffer. Very disappointed.

I had sent a sketch to my friend in Hyderabad nicely framed and well packed with bubble wrap, foam and thermacol corners on all sides with a cardboard casing. Yet the frame was badly damaged and the glass was broken. Which clearly indicates they don't care about the parcel and its value . Luckily the sketch was safe.

Posting here out of utter frustration with this DTDC satellite office. My parents live in Saligao and are senior citizens. I often have items delivered home including groceries for their convenience. Any item that i order gets delivered easily - unless it's via DTDC. Unfailingly if it's DTDC assigned as the courier service, the item reaches this office - is falsely listed as having being attempted thrice and this is invariably returned back claiming that address was incomplete/ person not reachable. This despite no one ever calling us even once on the listed phone number. The latest episode is for a delivery via Amazon for rice flour where again same story - claim is that address is incomplete. I have literally ordered 17 items, everything else has already reached home aside from the one item that has DTDC listed as the delivery partner. I have now escalated this to Amazon. A previous episode was even worse where I needed some legal documents to be urgently delivered to Goa. As usual, despite having both my phone numbers and my dad's numbers listed on the address, the item was returned back to me in Bangalore which caused me unnecessary tension in then having to use an alternate partner (Bluedart) and using express services to make sure it met the deadline. I notice that the owner is pretty responsive to previous reviews. Please feel free to reach back out and share your perspectives. Editing my post based on your reply. Thanks for getting back. I will contact you in the morning. In full transparency of everyone who may see this review, I don't intend to take it down. When my courier containing my documents was returned to me, i made the local DTDC partner here show me on their screen which courier location it was delivered too. They confirmed it was your exact location - I saw the address for myself. Somewhere your process is broken and it needs to be fixed.

Sarita Shirodkar at this office of DTDC is a very nice trustworthy human being, Kind, helpful, professional and efficient. Sarita gave me a great price and an exceptional service. My belongings arrived in good time. However there was 1 damaged item, my (impossible to replace) hiking stick. The damage was NOT the fault of DTDC Arambol in ANY way as Sarita had packed the stick with my belongings in 1 parcel VERY well with good strong protective bubble wrap packing. I believe that the damage occured either once my parcel had left Sarita's office (DTDC Arambol) and my parcel was in transit or (unfortunately) it may have been the drivery drivers at Shimla who could easily have broken my hiking stick by literally throwing my package around as I saw when they delivered my parcel to my guest house in Beolia for a private delivery fee of 500 INR (independant of my DTDC invoice).

The most disgusting madam, who quotes a price more than 100% higher than the actual cost and adds 4 kg on top. Our package weighed 19 kg, and on the website, a 20 kg package costs 2750 for air delivery. Ground delivery is even cheaper! She quoted us a price of 4700 and claimed the package weighs 23 kg. We showed her screenshots of the website, demonstrating the absence of such a price. She replied to us: 'That's my price!!!' What?? ????????‍♀️

The lady who sits in the office does not have the manners to talk at all and also inflates the price and the most important thing is that I created the parcel and then tracked its tracking number the next day, it was tracking. He tells me in the tracking form that the parcel was delivered last month. When I call that lady, she says what should I do in this, what is this, after spending Rs 1200, we trust Now if my parcel does not reach DTDC courier service then who will take responsibility for it? And this woman took 1200 rupees from me for 4 kg parcel, this is a very wrong woman, she takes a lot of money.
