Use less If speed post not delivered my product next lunavada to baroda, then it's useless and answer from them side,v forgot n v r in marriage n all
Staff is very rude, not giving proper answers to questions and yell on customers. No fix charges, they charged randomly to customers and sometimes charge too much to customers.
I had courier our product to client on 23-09-2023, despite of that till date i.e. 28-09-2023 the receipent had not received the parcel and our site work is hampered because of that. on the other hand on having word with customer excutive she didnt resolved the issue she added some other person on con call and expected me to understand their native language and used absive language to convey me the other persons number so i had to call the otther person for delivery status, in the end as i told her i was not able to understand the language she kept telling me vo bol rahi hai likho aap , and she disconnected the call in between . Very unprofessional behavior of executive and not resolving issue attitude lead me to not use maruti courier again for any important service of shipment. if i could go for negative review i would have done that
Pathetic service and very rude behaviour by the counter person.
My live plants courier booked by air arrived yesterday morning. They haven't delivered it as yet after 28 hours of receipt by them. Phone numbers given are either wrong or not answered.

Fast and Furious 24 hrs. Parcel delivered within 18 hrs from vadodara , gujarat to Hyderabad
Efficient and effective personnel who can advise and guide clients. Perfect for their business. Accessible though up stairs .. uncertain if there's a lift for less able people.
I reside in Vadodara and called for a courier Assistance to Ahmedabad.. Your staff was so rude and gruff that I dropped my plan to send it from your service provider.. Please work on this..
Terrible service. No patience to hear. No manners to communicate. The guy was only in a hurry to go for his lunch. I was being forced to complete the process as he said something about the site being open only for a 10 minute window period. Finally left the place without getting my courier through. Found one DHL/ Bluedart in Fatehganj where I found a very supportive staff and got my work done.
Professional and knowledgeable staff makes international dispatches a breeze.
Worst service for overseas courier. No tracking information shared and worst customer service. Would definitely not recommend these services to anyone. Parcel was supposed to reach in 4 days and has not been delivered yet. I don’t even know when will it be delivered, on asking they want us to send the bill copy. Such a waste of time and resources. Definitely not recommend this service.
Very professional setup. You need to call them and arrange for pickup (wherein they’ll inform you of the rates of delivery, depending on the season/country) They’ll come to your home with - weighing scale and initial packaging material and then follow it up with additional layer of packing. You get provided with accurate tracking info, and these folks are very on point when comes to knowing about stuff which can be couriered and which can’t. All in all, I would highly recommend their professional service.
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Chips International.. Worst to worst Customer Service ever.. If I could, I would rate it below 0 star. Useless delivery & customer care. Overall worst experience and i don’t recommend to anyone.. - These guys are utterly unprofessional. - bad customer service - Sent 77kg parcel from Baroda To Finland and they Promised to deliver parcel in 10-14 days and delivered after 30+ days. - Explanation provided - we can't control delivery. You should read our terms & coditions.. ( We asked that you promised us that parcel will be delivered in 10-14 days, at that time you could have told us that you can’t control delivery ) - And they say that the bill has been given, inside bill it is written that there is no guarantee of delivery time, did you not read it? ( I told them you should inform this before taking money, you give bill after the payment only, That should be common sense, right? ) - they answered we don’t have time to explain terms & conditions. - besides the staff even the superior not have manners how to talk. - Very big Disappointment. Avoid using this service. I repeat, never use this service.
I would have given 0 stars or even negative stars if allowed. Worst, arrogant and useless staff, especially Chintan in Vadodara Office and owner. Useless delivery & customer care. Overall worst experience and I don’t recommend to anyone.. These guys are utterly unprofessional. Sent 70kg parcel from Vadodara to Canada and they promised to deliver parcel in 10-14 days and delivered after 30+ days. Provided fake delivery dates and tracking. Proved them wrong with help of their own screenshots of tracking afterwards – Parcel never reached Canada before 1st week of March and I was told that it is in custom since 18 Feb. “You should be thankful that you are getting your parcel” – that is what Chintan from Vadodara office told me when he was proven to be a big fat liar. They will give false reasons of delayed flights and delay in custom which is not right at all. There was no delay in flights but they are bunch of liars. Very big Disappointment. Avoid using this service. I repeat, never use this service.
We had terrible experience with chips international courier service, we couriered parcel to USA through chips which was containing only food materials. They told us that it will reach there in 6 to 7 days and took all the charges and taxes. Despite our complete payment and warning that parcel contains food materials so make sure it reaches on time, they delivered the parcel to respective receivers on 15th day. By then all the food items were spoiled which means all the our money, time and food products got wasted. When contacted frequently, the owner was behaved very rude and made excuses. Didn't expected this from chips, very disappointing.
We sent the parcel to USA which I received in four to five days really their service is very good and their staff behavior staff packing is very good I received the parcel so good

Best Service Very cooperative staff Owner explain nicely
Third class service.Since last 3 days courier in nadiad still not delivered. No response even after calling to office. All are given useless response.
Very bed service no satisfaction no management
Very good food and very nice family restaurant
Worst experience with this courier service . They insist repeatedly to collect courier from their office. They just give a short miss calI and expect from customers to receive it at a time and argue that it was regarding delivery and now customer needs to collect it from office. I am a doctor by profession and couldn't receive their short miss call at a time. When I called back within 10 -15 mins, they argued that they can't deliver it as I didn't pick up the call. I don't understand why picking up call is a point here when my very detailed delivery adress as well as Google map location was already sent to them. I received courier after lots of arguements and i will not hesitate to share call recordings to make people aware about how they function ! Their illogical excuses and baseless arguements are amusing ! ????
Very poor service. Not delivering to address.always ask to come and collect from office.
Dilivery is to much late as compared to other courier service
Great Shop to buy Delicious food for your pets. They have varieties of treats and yummy gravy for your dogs and cats.you can also find bird food and fish food there.Prices are relatively cheap then others.
good service
