We shifted from Hubli to Bengaluru and had a very bad experience firstly they asked us to pay the full amount before delivering the items somehow we kept 2k balance and agreed to pay at the end. To our surprise they arrived 7hrs late on top of that one sofa was damaged(pic attached for reference). The concerned person Sunil from Satyam Movers was least bothered about the damage and kept asking to pay the remaining 2k saying that only after the payment we will unload the items. Worst and highly disappointed. The lady in- charge of Hubli branch Mrs Sonia Ganesh Jadhav is uncivilized, uses filthy language and threatens like a rowdy. Her colleague also uses the same tone. Workers are rough, disorganized, loud and very careless. Our neighbors were also irritated. For example, Some expensive items like washing machine and 2 AC outer boxes were brought completely uncovered though we had their specific boxes to pack, Costly blankets were wrapped like casual bedsheets and so on. They parked their vehicle in heavy rain for 3 days near our house in Chennai because of their ego without unloading our goods. We incurred heavy losses due to damage of goods, some of the pictures are enclosed. We are totally disappointed, it was a horrible service from them. This is the worst service we have seen so far and their Hubli branch in- charge Mrs Sonia Ganesh Jadhav doesn't have basic manners of communication. She is an uncultured and a cheap class person. They have to pay compensation for our losses, otherwise we are going to consumer court against them with all proofs.

They are a bunch of people with a girl name sonia who will take care of booking your freight and while booking she would promise to deliver it with in stipulated time (in may case it was 7-8 days as it was on sharing basis) And she will send some driver from Haryana to pick your belongings. He would then load it and dump the your material at the warehouse and then they would call you increase the rate by saying the material loaded was more then I told and then they would ask to increase the freight. I didn’t agree to it as it was loaded in the vehicle I asked for. They took 25 days and still I had to send another truck at their so called godown to pick my material. And that another truck didn’t even a single day and deliver the material. They are actually operating illegally as the gst number they had mentioned in the LR copy is also fake. They are all relatives belonging to states of haryana.
