Guys, please beware of these unprofessional people 'running' this company. Please be specially aware if 'Shyam' is the surveyor. Taking service from these guys completely ruined my experience of moving into a new home. They dont have an office anywhere and the pictures are just for show. The office in mahipalpur is just a 1 room set with nothing and no one present. They claim to have an office in palam vihar as well but there also no trace. Shyam comes for a survey, look at the inventory and commits for a 19 feet truck and shares pictures of neatly wrapped items - plastic wrapping and securing. On the day of moving they send a 14 feet truck - claim/lying that its a 17 feet truck. From 7 AM to 2 PM they were still packing stuff despite the fact that many smaller items had already been packed by us. They could not figure out that they would need another truck to complete the loading. Hence half the stuff will now have to be moved the next day. At 3 PM they tell us that they need another truck which can only come in tomorrow. They have no idea how to pack kitchen materials and half our stuff was covered in oil and ghee because they thought they could seal it with just a single tape. Stuff started breaking even before we had left our house. Now 'Shivam' the supposed owner calls us for money - first time to get CNG filled - i deny saying that payment only after moving because i dont even know if they will come back the next day. On reaching the new house 'Shivam' again demands for money because he needs to buy packaging items for another client - again i deny because there is no trust. Next day after completing the moving 'Shivam' has the audacity to ask for more money for making 2 trips despite the fact that his own surveyor could not do the one job he has and they send the wrong sized truck and lied about it. I give them 1500 extra. Unpacking was a complete disaster. an 18 year old boy was incharge of unpacking and he started randomply placing stuff here and there. Kitchen was filled with stuff from the store room. They then leave the boxes saying that they will collect it later when we are done and keep 90 rupees per box as a deposit (market price for a new box is 50 rupees per box). Now after 2 months of follow up to collect the boxes they have not come to collect, they dont have an office where i can drop those off to collect my money. Major broken items : 2 large beds, 2 strong almirahs. Please dont fall for sweet talks of Shivam - you will repent. I have more photos and videos and call recordings of their unprofessional behavior and plan to take this to the consumer court soon.

The attached are some of the snapshots of packing done by R2A packers. The name packers and movers is a misnomer to them. They are just shifters and nothing else. The kind of packing they offered was not at all up to mark. See some of the attached pics. The taping quality was poor. No marking done at all to take count of different items. During loading the small items are loaded first which resulted in big items were left out of truck and had to hire another vehicle. But still manager Rohit soni offered politeness and agreed to his teams mistake and then there is a scope of improvement. While reading this he will be readily agreed to my feedback. Thanks!!

The team have not packed all items properly for Faridabad to Surat(Hazira) . Most of items got damaged, when asked for compensation then owner behaved wrongly and didn't refund a single penny. I don't recommend any person to opt it for household goods movement. Worst ever company in the field of movers and packers. They have charged heavenly but not justified the services even for 10%.

I would recommend everyone to go to another company of packers and movers as their workers are slow and also broke few of my glasswares while packing, and after shifting few of my items are also missing and these people don't held accountability for their actions as well. When I connect to the supervisor of the Company he informed me that he doesn't hold any responsibility for their workers and I should connect to him in every scenario (he was not even present there). I recently had a very bad experience with these people. I don't want to give them even 1 star rating but I have to as to post my honest and horrible experience review.

The guys who come to pack and load/unload the items are not professional at all. I will quote one example. I had a front lod washing machine and it had to be locked with four bolts from behind, which they told is not necessary. Also they were looking into youtube videos instead of taking work and thereby the whole shifting of house took the entire day. I would never suggest them again. On top of all these they wanted tips, which i never gave anyways. I have attached photos of how they have kept the items into the new house. Just dumping . Not at all professional. Also my fridge is not working after the shifting. Pathetic.

Please do not book them as my kitchen expensive stuff kept in one box and they stole it. I was chasing them from Saturday as I shifted on the friday for the things but the answer was that check all of the boxes. On Sunday after unpacking all the boxes I called them and asked for refund for some amount so the reply was too pathetic that two days already past so now we can't do anything. Most of expensive stuff like dosa tava, Induction, Cooker, Kadai, Casserole , Dosa Tawa, Idli Maker are missing.
