We had to move our stuff from gurgaon to mumbai this month. We looked for many movers and packers, and then stumbled upon boxnmove. The guys came and packed our stuff. Initially they were packing slow and took a lot of time and later due to rushing of time, kept some items unpacked only. Naresh g told us that our stuff would reach in around a week since it was sent in sharing, but it reached early and then Naresh g was all over our head to get it unloaded. He would call and message multiple times although it was not the day when we were told the boxes would reach. We had just reached in Mumbai and were looking for houses, and he was constantly calling us to get the boxes unloaded. Wehad to immediately book any flat. Then after unloading also some items were damaged. The leg of an outdoor table was broken which we told him and he was reluctant to agree. But later said that yes he saw it in garage but thought that it was from start. One puffy of sofa had rust marks on it. Our own cellophane for the kitchen was not retieved in Mumbai which they probably used while packing without asking us. The ground floor neighbours also told us that their packing roll under the stairs was not there. One of the guys removed the handle of centre table and it was destroyed from the place they took it off. It could not be connected back in Mumbai. The sofa legs they had removed and here that is not fixed properly. Other than this, all other items from our 2 bhk bhk house reached properly. Overall i am relieved that atleast nothing major was lost . But there are some issues as mentioned above that we faced and still are living with them.

I got my stuff moved from gurgaon to pune with Times Exim packers and movers. I will insist that they are completely genuine and reliable. Their packing team is quite experienced and they use a combination of cargo cardboard, cardboard boxes, cellophane sheet, bubble wraps and foam sheets to pack different items. They even brought a special foam sheet of around 1.5 inch thickness to pack my 75 inch TV which was a very costly item in my cargo (2L cost of TV), so they took special care while packing it. The truck arrived in pune within stipulated time of 4 days. Their unloading team in pune also arrived on time and helped us unpack the biggish items too. Mr. Rakesh is quick to respond over call and WhatsApp both, picked all my calls and never kept me waiting for a response. Their prices are also supremely competent and its tough to find a better price for this job elsewhere in gurgaon atleast. Overall you can book them without worrying about bloated costs or fraudulent theft of your cargo. Note : Throw away your oils, butter and ghee and don't carry them in your luggage. Some of our items got spoilt due to spilling of oil. Times exim team should have warned us but that's all their mistake was. Rest everything was done to our satisfaction.

Overall, the shifting was good experience .... The commercial process was transparent and there were no false promises .. something that you do not get usually the team that did packing and unpacking was good. .. WHite good, crockery, electronic items, furniture, fragile items etc. were packed very nicely. Usually one expected the team to expect or ask for some tip or cash or "inaam" after packing and also unpacking but here the team did not ask for any such money. Even the driver was very polite. They even shared live location so that we can track their movement. Unpacking was also efficient Some points to improve : Kindly number the boxes and make a list with box contents ... so that un-packing can be easier.... specifically when lot of stuff needs to be moved. Tape should not be applied to steel utensils directly! it takes many weeks before glue is totally washed away .... may be wrap first in sheet and then apply tape. Overall, one of the better ones that I have experienced .... highly recommended
I don’t think so I need to mention anything. Photos are enough to explain. This happened with in June. They charged us for big truck but loaded in small truck saying that this will transfer in big truck outside city. But we received in that same small truck. They kept saying that we will get claim for damaged goods. But no claim yet. Pathetic service. I will not recommend to anyone. They don’t know how to do shifting in simple words. All good reviews by their own people.

Well planned and nice packaging done by the team. It was short distance shifting but the skills displayed by team during packing and moving are recommendable. I am attaching photos over here for reference. Improvement point- 1. Labelling should be done by the team on packaged boxes for arranging boxes in planned manner. It makes a big difference. 2. The team picked up boxes in random fashion from all rooms so there was mix up while unloading which becomes a big task towards end of the day. 3. For wrapping furniture legs to protect from scratches/damage, one needs to ask the team to do it firmly. In my case, it was done for the solid wood study table but not for standing mandir unit. Luckily, there was no mishandling by the team. 4. Earlier, it was communicated that 17ft truck will be sufficient for moving in a single trip but during moving, we had to take 3 trips. Tips for those who are opting for packaging and moving companies: 1. No need to panic, the team is having experience to take care of this. 2. Keep a gas cylinder cover handy or put the cap on gas injection nozzle. It was missed by the team and we had leakage problem while reinstalling. Service is definitely recommendable.

Please don't fall into the trap like I did, I can guarantee you with 100% certainty that all reviews here are fake, you can see the pattern that either this Lakhwan is getting 5 star or 1 star, that should tell you something. People with 1 star have really suffered from them and thus have put their review. I booked their service on March second week 2024, and it has been over a month and they haven't delivered my goods and are not even planning to do so. They are asking me 10k on top of all the due payment that I have done, even agreeing to pay that on delivery, they are adamant to pay them even before the dispatch. Obviously now reading all the 1 star reviews, I know that they are fraud and thus I'm not going to give them one extra rupee. I have lost any hope now as I'm out of the country and my parents couldn't argue with them in person. They have stopped receiving my calls and have verbally abused my retired parents. They might quote you less price, but PLEASE PLEASE don't book them if you really need your goods to be delivered safely. Please pay extra, I have suffered the loss, you shouldn't.

One of the worst packers and movers, they might be the cheapest but it’s better to pay other packers extra 1000-2000 than paying such irresponsible vendors. They not only damaged my television, broke my sofa leg and damaged my bed. Because of them I had to leave my 6 plants as the owner wanted to save cost and deployed a smaller truck. Only good thing is their supportive staff, but the staff on the ground did a horrible job in shifting my stuff from Delhi to Bangalore last year. Had a loss of around 50,000, and not a penny has been recovered. The insurance they provide is useless as the surveyor fees has to be borne by you. And you know what happens post that and how hard it is to get any money from insurance company all pain is yours. I had to forgo insurance as a result. They could be good for local transport without storage. I needed a month storage, and my TV, study tables, shoe rack, computer monitor and multiple other small items got damaged during transit or storage god knows.

Very bad experience with them . Booked my car verna with them from faridabad to Pune . After taking advance they clearly mentioned that full payment to be done on receiving the vehicle in Pune. They said they have their own office in Pune . The timeline they gave was 5-7 days . Car was received in 15 days , kept giving bogus explanation. When they picked the car , they said the container is ready to leave as all the cars are there , while in reality after picking the car from our house , the car left 5-6 days from faridabad. To which they said they were waiting for more orders. If they did not have other orders they shouldn't have picked our car. Before starting they also said that we will give timely updates abt our car whereabouts, when asked they abt that they said the driver won't do it , as he is not our driver. When finally the car reached Pune, they asked us to make the full payment without even delivering our car. They said the driver will not move ahead without the payment, as it's a third party now and he wants his payment. So basically they did not have their branch in Pune . They gave our car to another company half way, and they wanted us to make the rest of the payment to them . We kept insisting let us atleast see our car and you can then give the car keys after the payment. They said the driver needs money for the petrol . Is there business working from just one payment? Even while the car was in Pune , they delivered to us after 2 days, that also after so much hassle. The drop was till our house, first they denied doing that, when we forced them then they said you have to now book a cab for the driver to go back to his place. When the pick and drop off are from the house , its not the customer's responsibility or at customers expense, the return of the driver. The driver gave the car key once we booked a cab for him which was another 800 rs. Received our car 7 days late from the promised date , we had a lot of travelling within those dates . Wasted our money in cabs and porter as we were moving to Pune . Then the hassle of dealing with 2,3 different point of contact. Kept giving fake timelines . After reading this msg they will say that it's a fake review , and show me a bill copy. The company name is saniya logistics, it's their company name for couriering cars .

They sent untrained people to pack and move my things, causing a damage worth 4000 rupees. The new house was just opposite the old one and these people were still dumping items in hurry. Instead of paying for the damages or even saying sorry, the business owner refused to return the security amount for the cartons that he was supposed to take away. It's been 4 days of repeated calling and following up, yet every time the owner has a new excuse waiting for not returning the security. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!

The best thing I liked about Dhaka Packers and Movers is that they are punctual. Their team reached 5 minutes before the scheduled time and as soon as they arrived, they packed the entire household items properly. Each fragile item is well bubble wrapped and then laminated And after reaching the new house, kept all the household items in the right place and helped us in unpacking. Even helped in installing TV, Geyser and fans in our new house. I can't recommend them enough for the great work they did these guys were awesome. I will use them again in future.
I had to pack some things and keep them there in my boss's office. So my uncle's boy gave the contact number of Dhaka Movers' Faridabad branch. And his team came and got to work. They packed it completely in a few hours. It was a three to four layer packing. First he covered the whole stuff with a bubble, after that he applied a layer of cardboard and after that lamination well and tied well with a rope from above. I didn't think these guys would pack so well. They packed better as soon as we brought something new from the showroom. The material used in the packing was also of high quality. Highly disappointed as during the shifting our aquarium worth 25000 got broken and that was a complete careless ness as no one was there in back of the the truck to hold it. We still paid as the workers did the work. But company must compansate in such case on their own as it was a huge loss for us. And cost us more than the shifting charges itself.

Never consider them for shifting your stuff. They are utmost FRAUD guys. First they take full advance payment from you and commit to deliver items within a week and after that they will not pickup the call. Atleast you have to try 20-30 times continuously then they will pick and tell you nonsense. I got my stuff after complaining and registering a police complaint. Only then they shifted my stuff after 2 months.
Safe Home Packers and Movers were great. Rohini (Delhi) to Sonipat. They got ample amount of packing material, including bubble wrap and cling wrap. They did the packing of the appliances, almirah and shelves very well. Very cooperative and were able to navigate some tricky situation well. Scope of improvement: 1. Cartons should be of better quality. They can take extra charge if required for those customers who would like to retain the cartons. 2. Numbering of cartons should have been done. I thought it is an intracity shift, so they didn't do it. But numbering and providing a sheet with details of materials is important for professional movers.
