I had taken their service on 25th July 2023. From Baguiati to Sapoorji they had to move items. Most of the items were transported fine. They broke one mirror but they replaced that. There are few paitings and household items broke but we accept that as we understand it can happen. However we have taken AC un- installation and installations from them. We had two split AC, and the AC mechanic charged 2600 extra for some minor screw and one cello tape (400 rs to be precise for cello tape) . We paid that amount also without any argue. Now one AC installation was not correct and continuous water is dripping from AC. Also it is making a noise which we don’t know the reason. We called Pratik Movers and Packers multiple times he said no issue we will send ac mechanic to check and fix. After 22 days alos AC mechanic didn’t bother to come, the owner also not helping. The AC mechanic says he will come only when he will have some work in this area!! Also he is demanding more money for the noise! When we asked it was not earlier he said nothing he can do! I would suggest not to choose some company who does not care after getting the full amount. And if you have to choose Pratik Movers and Packers then don't go by their AC service.

On the day of our move, he came with a couple more young lads, did the packing, loaded the small pickup truck they call small elephant ???? and started in an hour and reached the destination pretty soon. I wanted to share my recent experience with Republic Packers and Movers, and I must say, it's been quite disappointing. Here's a rundown of what happened: Late Arrival: Despite being given a time frame of 8:30-9 AM, they showed up around 10:30 with only one porter. Even though Abhishek yadav from their management team came earlier to check our belongings, they sent only one porter and we had to wait till 6 pm to get another pickup. There seemed to be a lack of coordination and proper arrangement. We were left waiting until 6 PM for another truck to arrive. It's frustrating to have to spend hours outside, watching over our belongings. Poor Handling of Furniture: The workers did a decent job overall, but when it came to setting up our almirah and bed, Mr. J Naskar, he set it up pathetically, our almirah is not closing properly. We literally need to kick it to open and close. It was disappointing. They rushed through it, and the fitting suffered as a result. Lack of Responsiveness: When we tried reaching out to address these issues, they either ignored our calls or brushed us off with promises of addressing it the next day. This lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. Overall, while the workers did their best under the circumstances, the management and organization of Republic Packers and Movers are worse.

Republic Packers are very reliable and trustworthy. I had to do house shifting from Kolkata to Gurgaon where there were multiple fragile items present. The owner is very humble, explains the process and has been very helpful throughout the process. The packers arrived to my doorstep, packed the items very carefully (included bubble wrap wherever I asked them to do). All the items got delivered within 5 days and all of them were completely safe and secure. The best thing is that they ask for the floor of the destination location so that the delivery guys don't charge anything extra while offloading the items. Mine was second floor and all the payments etc were kept very transparent from the beginning (except for the tip (bakshish) you want to pay the labourers at the end, which of course is optional). I highly recommend Republic Packers since I had found this to be cheap and best after researching a bit.

Such a pathetic experience with this Packers & Movers. Completely destroyed my items. Rude behaviour along with such unprofessional work. Took additional charges to deliver the marble intact but broken in pieces along with the table structure. That's why they take entire payment in advance so that after delivery customer can't do anything. Tried to call multiple times after delivery and shared these photos as well but no response from the company. Did a big mistake by relying on them.

As per our discussion, few of our furniture but all small house hold goods will be shift to our new flat. The person Mr Bikramjit visited our flat and gave estimation we agreed the amount he asked and made advance. On the day of shifting his people and him supposed to come at 7am we were waiting but they came around 9am and then all his labour's went to have breakfast. They came almost after one hour. Me and my husband were already started packing. At mid of the work Mr Bikramjit demanded 3000 more otherwise they won't work. We had no option so we agreed. But almost 1 hour later he Said the shifting will not possible in one day we will do it another day. After lots of heated conversation finally his labors shifted furniture like sofa, Ac's, gyser,water purifier and dinning table (All i have Uninstalled by proffesionals a day prior to the shifting) and few household things rest all they left unpacked ..They refused to carry our LED TV stating that they can't take responsibility if it broke. Finally I have to book a lorry and few labour's to shift rest of the things. Mr Bikramjit has no control over his labour's who are illiterate and ilbehaved. After all this nuisance i was forced to pay them full amount as his labour's were behaving like local goons. I have attached the picture of important necessary things they left unpacked. I was reviewed just after shifting and now found many things are missing from luggage and i am editing my review after my findings. My husband made a call and they replied he has to check the vehicle properly before they leave. Now it's proven that not only ilbehaved labours but thieves. My advice to Mr Bikramjit will be change the labour's or things will be beyond his control. I will never recommend "BIG HEART PACKERS & MOVERS" To anyone.
