We took the service for shifting our household items from Patna to Pune on a sharing basis as we were told that nothing happens on a sharing basis and our items will be totally safe. Indeed the packaging done at the base location was perfect. Their team did the packing very well and we were also happy to see their efforts. We didn't realize our worst nightmare was yet to come. The items reached Pune in 4-5 days but this was the time when we started facing the issues and we couldn't believe what we saw happened to our items when it reached there. 1. The items were delivered to us by the safexpress team and when they reached the delivery location, initially they refused to take the items to my flat saying this is not their work. They said they will unload the items and I will have to pay extra to get another labor's for this work and they won't do this work. 2. After getting them on a call with Mr. Deepak they agreed but that wasn't the solution because there were only 3 people and they were just truck drivers who didn't even know how to handle household items properly. They just started throwing stuff as if it was rubbish. They didn't have any experience at all. 3. They anyhow unloaded all the stuffs and delivered to my flat. When we started to unpack the items we were shocked as ???????????????? ???????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? After talking to Mr Deepak about these things he was a bit surprised maybe because this might have happened for the first time with him but if you are running a service you need to be prepared for all ups and downs. I don't know what a customer should do in such a case where his/her expensive items get damaged and the company has no solution for that. 5. Writing an extremely brief review of our worst experience with Sanaya Packers and Movers. We took the service for shifting our household items from Patna to Pune on a sharing basis as we were told that nothing happens on a sharing basis and our items will be totally safe. Indeed the packaging done at the base location was perfect. Their team did the packing very well and we were also happy to see their efforts. We didn't realize our worst nightmare was yet to come. The items reached Pune in 4-5 days but this was the time when we started facing the issues and we couldn't believe what we saw happened to our items when it reached there. 1. The items were delivered to us by the safexpress team and when they reached the delivery location, initially they refused to take the items to my flat saying this is not their work. They said they will unload the items and I will have to pay extra to get another labor's for this work and they won't do this work. 2. After getting them on a call with Mr. Deepak they agreed but that wasn't the solution because there were only 3 people and they were just truck drivers who didn't even know how to handle household items properly. They just started throwing stuff as if it was rubbish. They didn't have any experience at all. 3. They anyhow unloaded all the stuffs and delivered to my flat. When we started to unpack the items we were shocked as ???????????????? ???????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? ???????????????????? (???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????, ????????????????????????????????????????????????, ???????????? ????????????????????) ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????????????????????? ????????????????????????????. (???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????) 4. After talking to Mr Deepak about these things he was a bit surprised maybe because this might have happened for the first time with him but if you are running a service you need to be prepared for all ups and downs. When we asked about the insurance we came to know that insurance that was done is not applicable to these kinds of damages. I don't know what a customer should do in such a case where his/her expensive items get damaged and the company has no solution for that. 5. I believe packers and mover's responsibility is to manage end to end service starting from booking location till the delivery location. Unfortunately we felt like we just got the packers services and movers services was just Raam Bharose. 6. ???????? ???????????????????????????????? ???? ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????????????? ????????,???????????? ???????????????? ???????????????????????????? ???????? ???????????? ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????. Our washing machine was totally damaged and it costed us 11,000 for the repair and rest for the refrigerator and other items. We did not receive any support from Mr Deepak regarding this and hence it was totally our loss. He did not compensate any amount also for the loss. 7. I believe it's about luck. Few people get positive experience, few get negative but how a company handles it that matters. Choose a service provider wisely.
Besed on my previous experience I would highly recommend Sanaya packers and movers and his owner Mr. Deepak, I had shifted my household goods from Patna to Banglore Through Sanaya packers and movers and they had provided me and excellent with goods packing and loding unloading & safety transportation at my door step. All my household goods has been delivered to me very safely without any damage.

WORST PACKING EVER. PATHETIC. NEITHER THE PACKERS NOR THE TRANSPORTERS WERE WORTH OF A PENNY. Destroyed all over valuable items.. microwave, television and crockeries were shattered. All the furnitures were delivered in poor conditions with dents. Please please never ever hire them for packaging your valuable items.
The most pathetic service.. Thay broke my Tv and promised that they will repair and terun but even after chasing so many times they returned the same damaged one without any repairing work done and that too after 6 months .... And when I'm calling them they started arguing....never ever take their sevice... Worst pakers and movers...

Service is poor. They ask less money but adjust everything from careless packing and poor transport service. It is advised to all to go for medium cost services rathen to decide on lowest cost basis. I had bitter experience ever. This fellow is damaging even the name OM which is a sacred word used with highest faith in religious domain. Very poor service. Dented my fridge. Taken more than six hours to shift between two buildings adjacent to each other in Patna only and hadn't completed the work properly until 10:30 pm. They sit and chat and rest under the fan and complaint about the hot weather more than doing their work. Very unprofessional. I opted for this service after reading the Google reviews but now I am regretting a big time. Dated 25/05/2024.
Shifted my Household items from Patna to Gurgaon. The timing of Assembled Furniture un assembly, unfitting of electrical items, packing and loading was as per convenience of us and it was completed well in time. Packing material used was of good quality and packed well. Truck was spacious and covered. Goods were delivered to Gurgaon on time as told by the company . Unloading and Unpacking was arranged at the 12th floor flat at Gurgaon. The whole process especially the dealing and communication with the Company was Excellent. Would surly recommend

Had a good experience with Khusi packers and movers while local shifting in Patna. They packed & handled things quite nicely. Even I had booked them to fit my appliances at new place which they did quite well, only the ac part took much time as those electrician or whatever tie-up they had , didn't have much experience so took much time. Rest the packers service was simply awesome.
While I was searching for an affordable movers and packers in Patna, I got the connect for Khushi Packers. They provided a very competitive rate for the intercity movement and also shared the break down of each services which i think most of the P&M were not providing. Their packaging was very good and completed the whole process (for 2BHK flat) within 3 hours. Their staff is well trained for handling big, small and delicate items. I had to transfer the items from Patna to Kolkata, I was in constant touch with the driver and he delivered exactly on time as promised. Also, the setup at my destination location was very smooth. They even helped me place the furniture and other items in exact place where I wanted. Overall, very good experience with the team.

Never suggest them.. Worst experience with their transport. I booked items on 4th jan 2020. And they delivered items after 20th. The worst part is that they handed over items to third party and they start demanding extra payment. All the parcels are broken open from one side. They theft petrol from bike and left the parts without assembling. And shock absorbers were damaged both the sides. The third party even denied to open the electrical goods and unloading the items. Do no take their service.. They not only looted the money even your time and peace. I should have given zero (0) rating if its available.
