Their packing and time taken to deliver is good but still many of my kitchen utensils, washing machine, fridge and geyser got damaged which i think it is very important to deliver the things safely. Most of my products which got damaged is expensive one. I dint expect this many products would get damaged. Do consider my experience before opting for this packers.

Worst experience we had here. For our house wedding function we sent 7 huge luggages with them from Erode - Thiruvananthapuram. They said they will deliver within 3 days in a individual vehicle and we booked them. They asked for full amount of ₹13k . We paid full amount first itself. When we reached Thiruvananthapuram it was almost 5 days. We kept on calling them but very worst behavior staffs are. No response from them. It was our wedding time at Day5. Then we booked a mini van from our side and we sent 45 kms apart and took the luggage.

One of the worst packers and movers i have encountered. Biggest mistake to choose them.we have booked this from Erode to Chennai. They agreed for the final amount and we have paid 70% before starting but inbetween owner called (suresh) and said that you have to pay extra amount then only we will shift the goods orelse you can do whatever you can. We tried bargaining with him by keeping our things with them. After sometimes he called by himself and apologised for the act. But next day after unpacking half of the things they told you have to pay 3000 rupees extra orelse we will not unload the things and they were about to leave the place without unloading. Again he started from the first and asking more amount. He was shouting literally to collect the things from office or you have to pay the extra amount right now. Since our valuable things were with them.we paid the amount and got our things. This is really disgusting and frustrating to bargain by holding our things with them. Not a good service. First they delivered the goods as discussed but started asking more stating drop points. We discussed only for loading and unloading with a drop point initially for 13k and asked for one more drop point then and agreed for the same price. The unloading was handled by us only at the 2nd drop point. They said it will not incur additional charges but after dropping all the goods they asked for 2k more. I told this is what we discussed and will not give they were reluctant and also the things are very very less said will give 500. Finally they agreed. Need to learn few more customer service ethics and handling. Don't pay any amount before unloading. These guys are looters, they just give order for half the amount to outside transport. Goods might be unsafe. They are not packers or movers just some greedy people. Edit: Not efficient packers and movers. Washing machine is not working and bent few steel racks.

Worst service for house shifting. Don't go with this. From erode to Bangalore I booked, worst packing I can say there is no packing at all, my cots got damaged and two wheeler too. The sheet they will use to wrap is only for namesake(that also we force to cover) it won't prevent your furnitures from damage. They were full of hurry to load the things in vehicle, even closely you watch and ask to cover also it won't happen and all. While loading itself asked to pay full payment, pending is unloading charges when I reach Bangalore no one was coming to unload, atlast I get few loading guys by my own and unloaded my things. No support from packers and movers. My opinion is don't go with this kind of unprofessional/ unethical guys. Behaviour is no acceptable.

Highly Recommended After all our research we choose "All time packers & movers" for shifting our 2BHK Home. Location & Pricing: They are located near Moolapalayam. Before confirming the price, Mr. Prakash visited our home directly and checked on the household items. We paid 500/- advance to book their service & total shifting cost is 8K + 600 (Labour tips) Shifting Timings: They are flexible with shifting our home both in Day & Night. While choose to shift at night, the team has arrived at 5pm itself to start packing the things. Team: We have re-scheduled the shifting date multiple times, but Mr. Prakash was very cooperative and accepted all our requests politely. The entire team was so friendly and helpful during the shifting of our home. Within 5:30 hrs the entire shifting is completed. Very quick in packing, loading, unloading and re arranging in the new home. The point to be highlighted here is that on unloading every single thing they asked us where it needs to be placed and did it perfectly.
