1) Paid the amount for renewal of policy 3 days back. Yet to get the policy sent on e-mail. 2.a) Cashier is inefficient. Made two receipts for single payment, due to carelessness. 2.b) When a customer is waiting at his counter, he goes out to have a CHAT with his colleagues and returned with reluctance only after he is pointed by another colleague to the fact that there is a person waiting at the counter. 3) Normally at other places a wait for a maximum of 15 min would do to collect policy and here the duration is still going on. 4) Attempts to call this office over phone does not work. Phone keeps ringing and no one attends to the call. So far have called 5 times today. 5) I would not go there to renew my policy next time. 6) I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been with United India Insurance for several years now and made 2 claims on my car and 2 on my bike over the years. I've never had any issue with them. My most recent claim needed special attention considering I have a CBR 650f which has the closest service centre at Bangalore. The branch manager Mr. Sigmi very helpfully sorted out all the logistical issues so I could get the entire claim process resolved in Goa. The surveyor Mr. B S Kamat approved all the damaged parts without a fuss. And Angela got all my paperwork done and ensured that the money was in my account in less than two weeks after submitting the bills. The entire staff has been very helpful and the whole experience entirely stress free.

Only two office staff members are present and they don’t have the answer when the Sr. Branch Manger will turn up. I wanted to renew my car insurance as today is my last date. I was made to seat for almost till 4.15pm but they have not renewed my policy. Finally Sr. Branch manager arrived at 4.20pm. Very very poor customer service at present in this branch.

Star health insurance are Fraudsters. This is what I have experienced recently. I need this to be soughted out and want you'll to settle my claim . Horrible service. Rejected a claim by putting it off as a pre existing disease when In reality its a long bone fracture and the patient is still undergoing treatment . Big hopes star health gives by saying claim process is a quick process , the truth is they make you dance and only waste your time , telling you to keep sending them documents. I think they don't even see the doctors notes whome they send from their side for Inspection . The patient fractured their leg on 13th of September at 2 am in the morning 2023 . And they try to close the case by rejecting the claim saying its a pre existing disease. Do these people sitting in their bombay office or goa office understand the difference between a disease and a fracture or injury or accident . I dont even understand why do they take such huge premiums of 30 to 40 thousands and then reject peoples claims and say you can claim such claim after 3 yrs . When the premium is for that particular year . I need to file a case against this insurance company .plus they take all the original documents and patient reports just to reject a claim . When it's a critical injury with a major operation. - 0 star horrible service biggest scammers sound genuine however aren't. I also noticed something that on Google reviews its their own employees leaving reviews. The women vishaka who left a review is their employee in the margao branch Goa . The direction provided by google map is vague. They show any direction.spent more than 1 hour looking for the office. And the insurance office people are also not responding here on telephone number . Really really disgusting by google maps..Sundar Picha please look into this.(just joking) But the staff is good at insurance office They are very cooperative. The lady at the counter who does the insurance is very skillful and very helpful also. She deserve to be promoted.
Oriental Insurance Co Ltd in Margao near Damodar college . The insurance company is a govt.undertaking does their duties sincerely. Their main job is to register the vehicle and also undertake health insurance . The office follow Covid norms and customer also wait for their turn systematically .The office staffs are polite and helpful to their customers. The office is fitted with CC camera for the convenience and safety of customers and employees. I have observed some facility are lacking to customers as washroom for the general customers .
Typical govt officials ,they have all reasons not to attend to work .delay any work is the tool.

This place is located on second floor of the building and can be spotted from the stairs ... There is a common parking for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers for the entire building.. The office has been renovated and moved on the same floor... There is front desk to ask queries which was not present before .. there is also a cashier desk in the corner... The room is well lit and has a seating for 3 people max... The receptionist was a guy and responded well to my queries.. The cashier was good and took cash and told to wait for receipt until called.. It has a glass counter... Although I am not happy with Bajaj Allianz insurance as they seem to be increasing ₹500bucks for every renewal.. The insurance gets delivered to address that was submitted or we can go and collect after 3-4 days of paying insurance... The timings of the office are from 9:30am to 6:30pm from monday to saturday and sunday closed.. overall nice office compared to the previous one.
Every time I visit to renew premium It takes a lot of time. Company should check this issue . Everything is good. But the only problem is TIME
Staff is of poor knowledge regarding procedures, No manager is available to talk to, only knows to take premiums amounts and while claiming insurance amount dont give information niether knows any procedures .. You people doest even deserve a single star for your rating .. I strongly recommend customers not to avail any bajaj allianz insurance policies as customer service is Zero.
The staff isn't well updated... while the managers are, due which a huge amount of time of the customer is wasted... this kind of operation doesn't match the brand name 'BAJAJ ALLIANZ'.... something needs to be desperately done in keeping in line of our beloved Prime Minister's vision of 'DIGITAL INDIA'
The staff doesn’t know how to work very slow we have to wait for so long just to pay the insurance sad like literally there is none in front of me and yet I have to wait for so long I’ll make sure I never come back here again
