They focus only on issues depending upon their convenience, even though a clear picture was given as to what I required at my end for servicing my product. To connect to the representative was the first tedious job I faced as a customer. Secondly, since I find the charges to be expensive compared to one of the multi branded service companies, I wanted to experience how an authorized service center will cater. It's been a month, barely, and the AC stopped working. In a highly customer-oriented business, commitment and communication are necessary. If it lacks it, then it will be doomed. I thought it was just me who encountered such a scenario. There are quite a number of customers just like me! Glad.

I called Erode representative this morning and asked for AC service in a place that is 25km away from there. The response from them was toooo good to hear. They said 'Sir, donot worry, we have a representative in your place and he will reach your home by 10am and do service as needed and the charges is X'. As he committed, I got a call from his representative at my palce Elumalai and he reached my palce on time and did wonderful servicing of my 10year old AC. Also, he took less charges compared to what MRK told even though we wanted to give more. He said, I did AC service to you and your father is a renowed teacher. In front of his service to society, my service is simple. So this less charges is my respect to him and this is my ethics... Edited: Mr. Nandhakumar has spoken to me and he assured to look out for solution in couple of days. ***** Worst service ever, Wonder how they are getting 5 stars rating.. there maybe paid reviews. After seeing the positive reviews I called them for service of my AC, I explained my issues , they told me to deliver the indoor and outdoor unit to their site for Nitrogen checking for any leakage, I have arranged the vehicle and handover the units to them almost a month ago. Until now I have followed them many times, there they have simple reply that "nitrogen is out of stock and have placed order as soon as nitrogen comes we start working for your AC". By the time nitrogen reaches them, hopefully summer gets over. I already paid Rs.800 for vehicle, have to pay again for return pickup too.. Very bad experience with them. Don't look for the paid reviews and loose your money and time.
