Worst AC servicing team in Palakkad. I called them to fix water leakage in my AC. They came on time and did something and said that everything is fixed and charged Rs.800/-. But water leaking started as soon as they left. Then I called them many times and no response at all. Once they picked the call and agreed to repair it on the very next day. But nothing happened. They dont even attend my calls now a days. So DO NOT TRUST THEM. UNEXPEIENCED WORKERS AND NON PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT. TOOOO BAD

I have contacted them two different times. The first was for servicing my AC, which had a small issue and they had to take the inside unit to their shop to clean. The technician knew the job and was very good. But they took an insanely long time to bring back the inside unit. They didn't keep the time they promised and changed the delivery time multiple times. The job they did was good, but it was painstakingly slow and can't trust their timelines. I had contacted them again some months later, and they told they will send a technician but didn't and they wasted a whole day of mine as I was waiting for them. I don't trust them anymore

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN AC INSTALLATION. I shifted my home and booked these people to install the AC. Since it was a Sunday I did not get many options apart from these guys. I have this ac for 5 years and I never had any issues. The same after they installed the water leakage started inside the room. I called them back and they came 4 times in 2 days and at last the issue is not resolved. The guy promised that he will come tomorrow to fix and there was no response from him. I still have a wats app message where I have posted a picture with water leakage and asked them to come and fix where there is no reply or response. The tech was talking about the AC cooling which is not my issue. Im worried about the water leakage inside the bed room. I know that I have wasted the money for installation and service apart from filling the gas. I HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER TECH TODAY TO GET IT FIXED.

Very disappointing service from MVP. Despite spending handful of amount, they couldn’t fix my AC issue. Their technicians attempted gas filling and filter cleaning, but the problem persisted. They later suggested costly repairs that didn't work. Fortunately, a Bluestar technician resolved it with a simple water cleaning. I have a 1.5 split inverter AC, 2020 model. I found MVP service through Google and had high hopes, but it was a letdown.
