Visit this place only if u are a billionaire or have a lot of money to spend I visited this Garage to get my cars ac fixed which was not cooling I told them to check they said for them to know the problem it will take 30 mins.!!! I said ok and they started checking the car ac (their checking charge is 450/-) which is high upon checking they said there's a leakage but they can't tell where the leakage is and trust me they have many staff who could easily on the spot tell where is the leakage thn the owner took me in and told me that the estimate to repair will be 27,000/- which is an outrageous price that also he said it depends on what is the problem but otherwise also if not 27,000/- it would at least come to 9-10k obviously I didnt trust him he told me if I can pay them this amount they will do the work but I decided not to get it done with them I took my car to a much smaller garage saligao side and the man upon checking (his checking fees are just 200/-) he instantly found the problem (although he was checking the car problem alone there was no partner with him) he was very honest and told what the problem was with the AC and said it will be done in just 7K and I would get the car the next day and I was very happy with this Saligao persons service he being alone and having a small road side garage did the work and didnt try to overcharge me like this Gomes garage never visit this Gomes garage they only want to make up money for when people wont come to their Garage their fees even to touch the car r very high and outrageous go for small honest garages or u can just visit your car service center thank you

I ordered 5 AC from Divine Air. Initally they were prompt with the quote . After payment they took almost 2 weeks to deliver and this was after following up with their sales person Manoj who kept lying and giving stupid excuses. Finally they installed 3 AC , then they told me they had accidently delivered 1.5 Ton AC instead of 2 Tonne billed. Again I had a harrowing experience following up with them . After 1 week it was installed. The technician Ali who came to install it was unprofessional and didnt seem capable of doing his job. Then 15 days after installing , their Ali technician called me telling me not to switch on the AC saying theres some gas issue. Now its been a month following up with them to get it fixed. BTW its a new AC .

My fridge has water leakage problem from inside. Technician checked it and replaced some random part which he mentioned as reason for it. The problem is still continuining and the technician isnt responding well and neither agreeing to give back the refund. He DOESNT HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE to go to root problem and claims to be experienced , charging standard amount without working on it. Everyone kindly go to Authorised service centres instead of self proclaimed street repairers who are just for name sake. My money and time is wasted on such useless services.

Complete fraud. Took 2400 to fix electrical issues in my AC. Stopped working again same day. Have been calling them to fix it again and they stopped picking up calls. I had serviced my Ac and got the gas topped up in the unit in March 23. I was assured the work was good. They charged me gas top up and leak testing Rs1200. Now its May 23 the Ac is leaking in my room as though it's a tap in my bathroom. When they came to check it they said I need to refill the gas again which would cost again 1200 or they would need to take the outdoor unit for finding the leak which would cost me Rs3500...I am now doubting if they truly are proffesional. Firstly most importantly they did not take responsibility for the work. Secondly after repairing it again what assures me that it won't happen again. A true proffesional would take responsibility.
