The service experience was very good. Sultan and Prince are very professional. The office staff were not so great though. The rates keep fluctuating when asked for to their office staff, for services. So please co nfirm the rates before ordering their service. Be careful of the fraudsters! They will attract from Rs299 offer and later on in the name of service would add all false charges by talking about the fault. If you have a sense of understanding the review from fake & true then you would find most of the reviews are fake. Very unprofessional service, rude behaviour, poor skills, bad conversation and they don't deserve one star even. Same AC problem continues... Cheaters!

5* ratings are fake pretty sure about it. Later I see newest rating shows their real face. Initially they told me capacitor is not working they charge me 1200 then he told me their is no gas however I done servicing 5 month ago then he was charging me 3600 for refilling gas. Also he told you have to change outer unit fan. I told him it was in good condition before you come. He loose up the screw of the fan. Later I found it by official Panasonic engineer. Be aware of these fraud people
We saw their 5-star Google reviews and called them for our AC Servicing in March'24. Mr. Abhinav Gupta was very professional on call, he sent us videos about AC Servicing and we agreed on a price. However he did not arrive on scheduled date, then he rescheduled the appointment another 2 times. After 15 days, with numerous follow-ups he sent some rookie guy for AC service. The guy arrived with no equipment other than one air blower. We had to give him everything. He didn't even wash the indoor unit as shown videos. His work was all a big mess. No professionalism what so ever. If all this was not enough, he kept insisting on gas refill worth additional 1000 to1500 rupees, when we declined to refill gas, he lost all his intest in AC Servicing and suddenly his tone also changed. We got scammed by their Google reviews. A big disappointment.
Did not complete work by subcontracted worker, caused gas leakage in AC and didn't return to fix it. Causes 2000 rupees loss to me due to this negligence. When I talked to owner, he said he had subcontracted workers assigned to this and he will have no control over their action. I am surprise about this company online rating since I had extremely bad experience. so I had to get work done with other company today. Asked me to change the capacitor which I'm not sure if it was required. But the fact that he was taking back the used capacitor puts me in doubt. And he charged me double the price for local capacitor that he used vs godrej branded capacitor that was available on Amazon. He also left the place dirty and smelly after his work. But he got the work done. Not very happy.
Was asked to install a pressure control valve. Not sure why it is required, when the machine is running under same supply condition and nobody (from AO Smith Service Team) told me in last eight years, that my inlet water pressure is high. And water is leaking from the machine all around … kitchen platform is flooding. In booking complaint, nobody attended so far.

"Excellent" service..I have been availing Annual Maintenance Service (AMC) from A1 for over 3 years now for my office and residence..They call me as per servicing schedule, fix the timing and visit. They follow up till we fix the time and service is done..The team that visits is always well equipped, very professional and reliable. Very sincere and regular. I would strongly recommend their services.
Very good service. Installation done in 3.5-4 hrs. Didn't much much mess during installation. Charges were reasonable. Just forgot to bring the 15w pin holder for AC switch, which should be carried for any new AC installation. But, will recommend their services.
There was bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the cooling was not good enough. The technician was prompt to understand the issue areas and suggested clean up of the filters. The condition was good, so he suggested to simply clean them and need not be replaced. His work was quick and also cleaned up the area. Charges were nominal too. Good, clean and odour-free and cool air now blows out and we are happy with the services.
