After seeing the positive reviews I called them for service of my AC, I explained my issues , they told me to deliver the indoor and outdoor unit to their site for Nitrogen checking for any leakage, I have arranged the vehicle and handover the units to them almost a month ago. Until now I have followed them many times, there they have simple reply that "nitrogen is out of stock and have placed order as soon as nitrogen comes we start working for your AC". By the time nitrogen reaches them, hopefully summer gets over. I already paid Rs.800 for vehicle, have to pay again for return pickup too.. Very bad experience with them. Don't look for the paid reviews and loose your money and time.

Very disappointing service from MVP. Despite spending handful of amount, they couldn’t fix my AC issue. Their technicians attempted gas filling and filter cleaning, but the problem persisted. They later suggested costly repairs that didn't work. Fortunately, a Bluestar technician resolved it with a simple water cleaning. I have a 1.5 split inverter AC, 2020 model. I found MVP service through Google and had high hopes, but it was a letdown.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN AC INSTALLATION. I shifted my home and booked these people to install the AC. Since it was a Sunday I did not get many options apart from these guys. I have this ac for 5 years and I never had any issues. The same after they installed the water leakage started inside the room. I called them back and they came 4 times in 2 days and at last the issue is not resolved. The guy promised that he will come tomorrow to fix and there was no response from him. I still have a wats app message where I have posted a picture with water leakage and asked them to come and fix where there is no reply or response. The tech was talking about the AC cooling which is not my issue. Im worried about the water leakage inside the bed room. I know that I have wasted the money for installation and service apart from filling the gas. I HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER TECH TODAY TO GET IT FIXED.

It's been a month, barely, and the AC stopped working. In a highly customer-oriented business, commitment and communication are necessary. If it lacks it, then it will be doomed.
