Good Service and good support from the person who is in reception. They have explained all the details clearly. And the shipping charges also reasonable. But the Only thing is Tracking Not Possible and if I track through their website it shows Only the Date of Booking and Delivery Location. But some of the other transport Like VRL, Blue Dart they have the Live tracking facilities. I think better to Update live tracking to Grow the Business , because the other parcel services are planned to increase the Pricing. As per my Personal experience it's Good , but delay in delivery.
Worst ever service I've noticed so far. Got delivery of my bike and helmet on 27-07-2023 in a damaged pathetic condition. The service personnel was showing the careless and bad attitude. Don't ever choose this ABT parcel service.
These people are frauds! I asked to deliver my bike from one city to another. They charged extra and asked for money in cash. Again during delivery they charged me. The worst part is all my bike wirings were bitten by rats and ruined my bike.
Very worst service not eligible for 1 star
ABT parcel services are one of the best logistics. They offer perfect time delivery all aroun India and in almost all places around the cities they offer to deliver.
Worst ever service I’ve seen in my entire life. SATHYPARCEL - COIMBATORE. Know all these before booking. 1. They never pick your calls at all. 2. You need to try at least 6-10 times. Then only you’ll get a response. 3. Call Support - Worst ever call support. Much lethargic, No respect. The way they talk is much irritating. They don’t treat you like a customer. Kindly take an initiative and improve it.
I wish I could give 0 star..worst parcel service ever.. First of all they never attend calls Next the auto driver charges double for bringing the parcel to ur location On top of all this they charge loading & unloading charges apart from the bill amount which is ok..but they won’t unload the parcel and keep it inside ur place..they’ll unload it from auto & keep it near the auto..we have to carry it inside and for this they charge extra also
Very worst service. They don't pick the calls & their phone numbers are expired too. Plz don't book or use this parcel service.Better change the KPN SPEED PARCEL SERVICE name as KPN DEATH SERVICE
Reliable. Next day delivery is possible than other parcel carriers like VRL which usually takes 3-4 days and gives parcels in bad shape.
I had to parcel some used clothes of my daughter in law & kid to Chennai as they had shifted to Chennai. I tried 7 boxes first 2 ft× 15 " ,taped on all sides by brown tape. I wanted door delivery. I went there and explained that the girl cannot take delivery from their T nagar office. The man in charge was very co operative, he not only gave me their Chennai contact no but also phoned him directly and said he has to deliver to the house on first floor. Then I spoke to the driver directly, gave him instructions and requested him to deliver , not to claim any amount from them but to come down from their house and contact me immediately, so that I shall remit the vanndi charge and un loading charge by G pay. We booked the luggage at 4.30 pm and I am receiving message in my WhatsApp the next morning that the parcels have reached Chennai. My God it was really fast ???????? then in the evening the driver called and said he had contacted the party they had asked him to deliver the next day morning. By 8.30 am the next morning the parcels were delivered on the first floor. I simply loved this service. Great going ! Charges were also not more. Van charge+ unloading was only 800/- for 7 big boxes on the first floor. That too in this heavy rains their delivery was really super fast. I shall hereafter go for KPN Speed parcel service only. If the packing is not satisfactory they do the packing also. ???????????????????? Big applause for them
Moderate response from the representatives. Unnecessary delay in delivering goods. Responses from the persons responsible can be better. Lack of logistics supports and tracking facilities. Not recommendable for others.
Worst services ever... My bike got damaged while transportation and when I called their office for complaining, their response was like they are not having anything to do with that ... If they are not having any responsibility towards the goods they are carrying, why are we paying such a high amount for transportation, why can't we use railway for shifting bikes .. The main reason why we are depending on these courier service is because we want our bike or goods to be shifted without any damage .. but I can say in this case KRS is a big zero
Very bad experience with this office....I came for this office for parcel pickup but they told me office time 5.30pm.i stuck on in traffic so I request him just 10min for wait but they doesn't wait for me...I travelled for 35km for this journey that was very bad to me...I hate this office... The bill amount Rs. 213 but he demand 260, finally i give... Very bad office
Delaying in transportation.. Handling of goods is poor.. Closing time should be extended to one hour.. Good
Bad. If you do not engage the loading-unloading guys they will show a different face. Lot of hidden charges.
Nice collection of scooters. Customer friendly staffs. Overall good experience..

Service is good, but may require two kind of loading/unloading charges one at the counter and another another to the Potter.
Good parcel service. Recieved package of 500 kg on time. Office staff very helpful.
They will ask to get union people for recieving a small parcel to a private car the parcel service guy is forcing us to get those union people
Fraud courier service in palakkad The office staffs are irritating In office cabin staff behaviour is very worst
Had a tough time here because the parcel I had to get was not seen had to wait to get the bundles
I have a good review about this parcel service. Everytime when am there for booking parcel they will try to make it fast. Also there is a friendly nature. There is little bit hard to get the by road because of the traffic and the bad road condition. Akr express parcel service is situated on the Viruthi road which is gone through on shornur road.
One of the worst parcel service i hav seen in my life.... I had worst experience mainly frm palakkad.... Dont know about other places.... The delivery agent was rude and delivery was also one day delayed....so if u r frm palakkad better go fr other parcel service... If u ask me i wont prefer this....
Place is easy to identify and map shows exact location. I been to collect my parcel and it was smooth transaction.
Good
We need to trace our courier status... They will not contact when our parcel arrive....
Poor. Sent a copier machine from Tirunelveli yo Tirupur. All the spares inside were broken when I recd the machine.
Proper response from the team Well done keep going forward
It's a correct place to connect goods within Tamil Nadu
Very Good logistics service provider in Tirupur...
Very useful for our area, it's not necessary to go city.
Recently I serviced my pulsar 200NS with Motoworks. Their work is very professional and I'm extremely satisfied with it. I recommend it to those who really looking for better place to service your bike in and around tirupur. They charged me with a reasonable amount for service.
Purchased a jacket from the MOTOWORKS store and it feels very good and protective Good experience while being in store and got a quick service too. Bike feels better than before for sure.
Picked up a full system exhaust and high flow air filter from them, excellent service, quick delivery and Josh shared videos for installation. Great experience overall, this is my second purchase from them, would highly recommend!
I went here to change the tyres for my BMW 1250Gs. I was so pleased with the service I received from Motoworks. Everything was quick and professional. I could understand the passion they have for bikes and that in turn shows the result in service. Great Job.... Keep Going!!
