Unpleasant and unreliable. K. K. Bike Rental Service and Jannat Bike and Car Rental are the same people. They have no physical location or office. When you go to their rental "office", you discover just a plaque with their phone numbers. It means they are not registered and you may run into trouble with them (as I did). The scooter was in a very good condition, I admit. However, the staff was problematic: they were always 30 min late and unreliable. When I returned the scooter, they took it, but 5 min later they came to me again and claimed they found "new" scratches and demanded extra money. They knew that I have a plane in 2.5 hrs and am in a hurry, so they misused the situation: I had to pay extra money (two days' rental price) or go with them to a mechanic an miss the plane. The video of the bike I had recorded at the moment of renting the scooter showed the scratches claimed by the owners as "new", though the video was somehow blurred. I had to give in to the pressure though, and pay the ransom not to miss my flight.To be clear: I have experience riding motorcycles, scooters & cars since 1991. In addition, I booked a taxi to the airport via them but the taxi never arrived! I had to look for an alternative transport in panic.
Best Car rental service in Goa. The agent(Kishore) has very polite and enthusiastic behaviour. He even helped me prepare an itinerary for my trip. Everything was just so smooth. Even the rates were competitive. And unlike others they don't have these so-called terms and conditions. The cars were well maintained and in great condition. In short: Had the best experience in Goa because of KK. So thanks kk. Guys, go for it.
Got scammed with a damaged scooter. We didn't realise how bad a state it was in until we started riding. This happened after we specifically requested for a new undamaged scooter. They provided us with a Yamaha Fascino. The front wheel wobbled while riding above 25kmph. When we called to report & request a replacement, the owner Kishore got angry for not pointing out the issue when we picked the scooter. The seat did not lock. They have a "anything goes" (kuch bhi chalega) careless attitude. They also asked is to avoid the police if we see them on the road. We agreed on a pre-appointed time for them to come and pick up the scooter after use. They came 2 hours late & we had to make a dash to the airport to avoid missing the flight. By the way, they take the original ID proof & return it only when they pick up. They also said they cannot come in front of hotel security. They calles after we picked up scooter & started telling is all the above issues. If we had come to know of these red flags, we would never have rented a scooter from them. Since the front type kept wobbling, we didn't use the scooter much. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable & left us disturbed. They looked like members of a local gang, who are aggressive only when we point out an issue.

But I really want to appreciate Prime Ride. Great service and extremely hospitable team. My 7 girls and I made it to Goa and had a wonderful time in Goa only because of Prime Ride. The functions of eBike and eScooters are super easy to understand and it gets even easier while you’re driving it. Easy payment options. Big thanks to Prithviraj and his friend - as soon as they got to know about our early checkout but delayed bus - they accommodated our luggage and went out of their ways to get us cabs (which was totally not their job but they still chose to help us- I had bad experiences too in Goa - where everybody just wanted to scam people and make money) Prime ride helped us a lot and we won’t forget it. I strongly recommend to choose prime ride over any other vehicle rental service. Truly worth it.
