Probably the best I have seen so far.Owner is Very very friendly guy got me the Bike without my original LICENCE just with the soft copy and Identity card. At the nick of the time when I'm about to return the vehicle it got punctured and train is arriving not less than 30 Minutes the same I have explained to him and he said park the vehicle at the nearest shopping mall or building we will come collect the vehicle.I did the same caught my train in time and gone home ???? Booked ignis car at the last moment at reasonable price. I was very apprehensive at first bcs of some bad reviews posted here, but my experience with their service was really nice. He returned the security deposit without hassle and was very cooperative. No hidden charges / unreasonable terms and conditions . He didn't ask me once to post a Google review so definitely all the good reviews posted here are genuine.
I took a rented bike at around 8 pm for 4 days but I was asked to return it at 7 pm. On the day of return, he called and said to return it before 6 pm otherwise the whole day will be charged, due to this we had to rush to return the bike before scheduled time. This is very unprofessional and even though I pick up bike at night, a whole day charge was applied. They take 1k deposit and complete money in advance. Also, I put extra petrol while retaining but he didn't give me any concessions about it.

Unpleasant and unreliable. K. K. Bike Rental Service and Jannat Bike and Car Rental are the same people. They have no physical location or office. When you go to their rental "office", you discover just a plaque with their phone numbers. It means they are not registered and you may run into trouble with them (as I did). The scooter was in a very good condition, I admit. However, the staff was problematic: they were always 30 min late and unreliable. When I returned the scooter, they took it, but 5 min later they came to me again and claimed they found "new" scratches and demanded extra money. They knew that I have a plane in 2.5 hrs and am in a hurry, so they misused the situation: I had to pay extra money (two days' rental price) or go with them to a mechanic an miss the plane. The video of the bike I had recorded at the moment of renting the scooter showed the scratches claimed by the owners as "new", though the video was somehow blurred. I had to give in to the pressure though, and pay the ransom not to miss my flight.To be clear: I have experience riding motorcycles, scooters & cars since 1991. In addition, I booked a taxi to the airport via them but the taxi never arrived! I had to look for an alternative transport in panic.

Even the rates were competitive. And unlike others they don't have these so-called terms and conditions. The cars were well maintained and in great condition. Got scammed with a damaged scooter. We didn't realise how bad a state it was in until we started riding. This happened after we specifically requested for a new undamaged scooter. They provided us with a Yamaha Fascino. The front wheel wobbled while riding above 25kmph. When we called to report & request a replacement, the owner Kishore got angry for not pointing out the issue when we picked the scooter. The seat did not lock. They have a "anything goes" (kuch bhi chalega) careless attitude. They also asked is to avoid the police if we see them on the road. We agreed on a pre-appointed time for them to come and pick up the scooter after use. They came 2 hours late & we had to make a dash to the airport to avoid missing the flight. By the way, they take the original ID proof & return it only when they pick up. They also said they cannot come in front of hotel security. They calles after we picked up scooter & started telling is all the above issues. If we had come to know of these red flags, we would never have rented a scooter from them. Since the front type kept wobbling, we didn't use the scooter much. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable & left us disturbed. They looked like members of a local gang, who are aggressive only when we point out an issue.

Rented a Hyndai I20 from Shashi. I had told them I would be at the airport at 8am but unexpectedly I was ready to leave by 7am. I called Shashi at 6+ am and he sent his guy (Manjunath) over in 20 mins and so early in the morning also. Manjunath walked me over the car and also directed me to a fuel pump. He also helped me with some other services I needed. When I was ready to leave a few days later, I met them at Calangute area and Manjunath and his friend drove me to airport to drop me off. Really friendly and nice guys. If you anticipate problems, communicate well (early and clear) with them and be friendly, everything goes well. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

We rented 2 bikes for 2 days. They delivered the bikes to our resort and even picked up from the resort. The condition of bike was really good. Later we hired taxi from Palolem to Mudgaon. That car was also brand new and the driver was decent and professional at his work.

Akshay is a very helpful,honest and kind person. He could have charged me 900 when I said I gave 900 for 2 days at another place yet he charged me only 800 honestly. He is very punctual he took us at 4am to the airport for an early flight,we reached safely. The bike he gave us fascino was my sister's favourite ,it was smooth and in great condition,it did not stop anywhere. The service from owner yash is utmost high in all aspects,i used their taxi services from airport to South Goa and south Goa to north goa,I taken their bikes services as well,I had an outstanding experience with the cab service. After a hectic day of travel, I accidentally left my valuables(watch) in the backseat of the cab. To my surprise and immense relief, the driver promptly contacted me and returned my belongings. This level of honesty and integrity is truly commendable.
Guys, if u r on vacation in South Goa then for car rental check with Damodar Bhai before enquiring with other service providers. Had a gr8 experience in dealing with the owner. Was in Palolem & then to Candolim for a week and he delivered what he promised. No hassle of paper work, id etc. and very reasonable rates. Cars r clean with speed limiter. The owner is genuine.
The best place to rent a vehicle in and around Palolem/Canacona. Got this number from Google and gave a call. Enquired for a small car, since we were just two people. Within 30 minutes the owner was there with a Maruti Baleno. The car was just serviced, guess they did a thorough water wash and it was spic and span, the interior too was neat and well maintained. I got it for 1500 for a day when others were quoting 1800. So this is a must try for any car rental service.
