My A. C was having cooling issues and after several hours of working the A. C got breakdown.. I stay at cuncolim so I wanted any nearby technician to repair it. So I searched on Google, & I found Junaid A. C services.. Without wasting time I called them to look after my A. C...Technician Shaikh Razzaq came immediately and found the fault of capacitor, & lower gas level.. He replaced the old capacitor with new one ,filled the Gas & the problem was rectified.. I had serviced my Ac and got the gas topped up in the unit in March 23. I was assured the work was good. They charged me gas top up and leak testing Rs1200. Now its May 23 the Ac is leaking in my room as though it's a tap in my bathroom. When they came to check it they said I need to refill the gas again which would cost again 1200 or they would need to take the outdoor unit for finding the leak which would cost me Rs3500...I am now doubting if they truly are proffesional. Firstly most importantly they did not take responsibility for the work. Secondly after repairing it again what assures me that it won't happen again. A true proffesional would take responsibility.

Complete fraud. Took 2400 to fix electrical issues in my AC. Stopped working again same day. Have been calling them to fix it again and they stopped picking up calls. Please do not use the services of this man - fraud and cheat of highest degree. Google should delist them and block them permanently so that they are not able to cheat others in future.

My fridge has water leakage problem from inside. Technician checked it and replaced some random part which he mentioned as reason for it. The problem is still continuining and the technician isnt responding well and neither agreeing to give back the refund. He DOESNT HAVE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE to go to root problem and claims to be experienced , charging standard amount without working on it. Everyone kindly go to Authorised service centres instead of self proclaimed street repairers who are just for name sake. My money and time is wasted on such useless services.

I ordered 5 AC from Divine Air. Initally they were prompt with the quote . After payment they took almost 2 weeks to deliver and this was after following up with their sales person Manoj who kept lying and giving stupid excuses. Finally they installed 3 AC , then they told me they had accidently delivered 1.5 Ton AC instead of 2 Tonne billed. Again I had a harrowing experience following up with them . After 1 week it was installed. The technician Ali who came to install it was unprofessional and didnt seem capable of doing his job. Then 15 days after installing , their Ali technician called me telling me not to switch on the AC saying theres some gas issue. Now its been a month following up with them to get it fixed. BTW its a new AC .
