If they are not having any responsibility towards the goods they are carrying, why are we paying such a high amount for transportation, why can't we use railway for shifting bikes .. The main reason why we are depending on these courier service is because we want our bike or goods to be shifted without any damage .. but I can say in this case KRS is a big zero

But the Only thing is Tracking Not Possible and if I track through their website it shows Only the Date of Booking and Delivery Location. But some of the other transport Like VRL, Blue Dart they have the Live tracking facilities. I had to parcel some used clothes of my daughter in law & kid to Chennai as they had shifted to Chennai. I tried 7 boxes first 2 ft× 15 " ,taped on all sides by brown tape. I wanted door delivery. I went there and explained that the girl cannot take delivery from their T nagar office. The man in charge was very co operative, he not only gave me their Chennai contact no but also phoned him directly and said he has to deliver to the house on first floor. Then I spoke to the driver directly, gave him instructions and requested him to deliver , not to claim any amount from them but to come down from their house and contact me immediately, so that I shall remit the vanndi charge and un loading charge by G pay. We booked the luggage at 4.30 pm and I am receiving message in my WhatsApp the next morning that the parcels have reached Chennai. My God it was really fast ???????? then in the evening the driver called and said he had contacted the party they had asked him to deliver the next day morning. By 8.30 am the next morning the parcels were delivered on the first floor. I simply loved this service. Great going ! Charges were also not more. Van charge+ unloading was only 800/- for 7 big boxes on the first floor. That too in this heavy rains their delivery was really super fast. I shall hereafter go for KPN Speed parcel service only. If the packing is not satisfactory they do the packing also. ???????????????????? Big applause for them
